Chapter 3 - Sylvia's Shenanigans

"That'll be 15 poke" the waitress responded.

I payed and took my number sign (yep it's that cool) to a nearby table and sat down. Looking around I noticed another eeveelution, a Vaporeon! The Vaporeon was a girl and she was happily sipping a Lemonade. Deciding to try and be friends with her I opted to picking up my order personally and sat down at her table.

"Hi, my name is Sylvia! I was wondering if you wanted to be friends." I said as she noticed me.

"Oh, sure I'm Bay, but Aqua will also get my attention." Responded the Vaporeon.

"How long have you been on the campus already?" I asked curiously.

"Oh, I'm here since about two weeks now" she replied.

"Oooh! You're also a freshmon?" I asked.

"Yep!" Bay responded smiling "I'm taking part in the evolution course mainly, surprisingly so are my dorm-mates actually!

"Oh that sounds fun" I told her.

"It is, what about your dorm-mates? Do you like them?" She asked me curiously.

"Uhh, so about that..." I nervously started. At the same moment the cashier walked over and gave me the Ice tea.

"Thank you!" I thanked him.

"No problem, please enjoy the Ice Tea" he responded.

After that the cashier returned to his station and I turned my attention back at Bay.

"What is it? Are they mean?" Bay asked.

"That's not it... I have a dorm with... boys in it?" I said unsure as to how to word the situation.

"Wait what? Aren't the dorms usually just a big room?" She questioned with confusion in her voice.

"No, my one has separated rooms. Also I don't really mind it. One of them can cook incredibly well! I feel like I have a personal chef!" I explained giggling a little before taking a long sip from my drink.

"Oh that makes some sense" she said.

A few moments later I noticed a figure approaching me. I turned around to see a Leafeon, or Blossom to be exact waving at me.

"Oh hey Blossom!" I said as Bay noticed her and turned to face her.

"Oh so you're one of Sylvia's friends! Well hi I'm Bay, are you one of her female dorm-mates?" Said Bay.

"No we have different dorms, also Female dorm-mates? What do you mean?" She responded looking at me.

"Uhmm, sooo I am sort of in a mixed gender dorm..." I explained before finishing my drink out of nervousness.

"What!? No can do, let's go to the secretary to sort this out!" Exclaimed Blossom as she started dragging me to the door as Bay looked surprised, but amused while taking a good sip of her drink.

"Blossom! Let me explain! Do you think I haven't done that yet?" I said getting her to stop, before pulling her back to the table.

"Alright then, explain." Stated Blossom.

"Okay, so I entered the dorm and saw two male eeveelutions inside. At first I thought that I had mistaken the floor or something like that but then a shiny female espeon entered the same room confused. After a bit of figuring things out we called the secretary. Turns out that, it was supposedly real and so we got to know each other better. By now I don't even mind it. I basically have my own personal chef there!" I explained.

"...so your okay with it?" Exclaimed a confused Blossom.

"Yes! I don't mind it and neither do the others" I added.

"Huh" came the response from Blossom.

"So is it settled now? We probably have taken this table for long enough, how about we go somewhere?" Proposed Bay before finishing her drink and standing up with it.

"Sure, how about we go to the park then?" I said also drinking the rest of mine, and taking the now empty glass with me.

"No, they are repairing the lamps today" stated Bay as she gave her glass to the cashier.

"Huh really?" I asked doing the same.

"Yep, there was a power outage, they say that moments after that happened there was a rise in electricity, but there are no signs for it apart from the park lighting." Explained Blossom, "personally I don't buy it, I'm sure that it's them making excuses".

"Yeah me neither, I heard that those lights are older than the teachers, how about we just go shopping then?" I proposed.

Everyone agreed and so we set off to the large mall near our collage.

"Man... I really need a better place to put the empty glasses and dishes..." we heard the cashier muttering before we got too far.

<7:30 PM>

After our long window shopping filled day we split up and went to out dorms.

'I wonder if dinner is ready, I can't wait to try it!' I thought as I entered the dorm.

In the living room waited Emerald and Grey.

" What's for dinner?" I asked.

"Oh, how was your day Sylvia? We got Spark to make us a lunch sized dinner, we are having hamburgers!" Replied Grey.

"Yay! I can't wait!" I shouted," Also I made some friends and went window shopping for probably most of the day".

A few moments later came Spark with all the food, lots of plates full of different ingredients landed on the table as everyone ate the food. It was delicious and we all wanted to have seconds.

When we all finished I stood up to go to my room but was stopped by Spark.

"Where do you think you're going right now?" He asked smiling slightly.

"To my room?" I stated as Grey snickered to himself, "what am I missing?" I asked worried.

"I did the dishes in the morning, Emerald did them at lunch and now it's evening, does that remind you?" Grey told me.

My eyes widened as I tried to find a way not to do the dishes eventually leading to me asking, "uhm, Spark...?".

"Yes?" He replied.

"Do you mind helping me with the dishes...?" I asked hopefully.

He looked at me sternly before bursting into laughter "Sure, fine, we thought of doing this to see what would happen. You weren't actually going to have to do all the dishes" he replied with tears in his eyes.

"You just had to tell her..." said a disappointed Grey.

"Hey! I said I would do it of everyone helped afterwords" Spark reminded Grey.

As they argued about the prank as I sat down relieved that it was just a prank.

"I'm never going to get used to this " I stated almost to myself.

After a few more minutes of Spark and Grey arguing with Emerald joining in at some point I got them to help me do the dishes.

Later I entered my bed and started pondering about how to stop Grey from doing pranks, eventually I came up with a idea to stop situations like this.

'Tomorrow we should figure out a few more rules, especially no pranks like that!' I thought to myself as I soon fell asleep and immediately forgot about my plan.

And that's the end of this chapter! Not so bad I think, were there any mistakes? Please do mark them up if so for me to fix. Is there anything I should take notice of?
