No food
the flashback
the bottle that missed your head by only a few inches
the trap
the sober man
your escape
The struggle
the grasp
no oxygen
the pain
the blackness
then...
waking up here.

Once all these images went through your head you were back, in reality, staring into Hides dark eyes.
You remembered.
Everything.
Every little detail.
"I..." you brought out, but Hideki cut you off. "You remember everything, don't you? The two criminals. The cup of coffee. Now tell me, what happened exactly!" He challenged you and you took a deep breath, before starting to talk.
"Everything started, when I noticed that I had no food left at home. I decided to have breakfast in a coffee shop and had my coffee cup with me..."

You told him every single thing that you could remember. You told him about the guy, the woman called Naomi, the flashback you got, forgetting your shopping bags in the shop, finding Naomi, but with strange behavior as if in trance. You told him not to interrupt you and wait for you to finish. You didn't mention what you heard about L and that Hideki must also be working with L and you planned to tell him later.
Hideki was biting his thumb while alternating between looking at you and out of the window after he walked back there.
You told him about yourself getting lost and ending up in that area, getting trapped from a drunk criminal but managing to escape. Then walk right into his accomplish who wasn't drunk and grabbed you. You told him your plan of pretending to be Kira and knocking out the man, but when you were about to escape, the first criminal got you and started to struggle you.
"...all of sudden I fell to the ground and knew he let go of me. After that I passed out and woke up here." you completed and kept your eyes on Hideki who was staring out of the window, certainly deep in thoughts about what you told him.
After a while, he turned his face to you. "What a tough day..." he started and didn't move his eyes from you. "But with all due respect. You had luck under those circumstances!" he commented, before deepening in thoughts again. You just smiled softly as a reply, but your smile vanished when you fell deep in thoughts too. 'He was excited to know what happened because of the heart attacks. I was right there when it happened so he wanted to know what happened. I guess when he heard of the men, he thought I was killed too, but I wasn't. Well, there is still something that I didn't tell him. Should I tell him now, or wait for him to finish thinking?' you started at Hideki. 'I'll give him some more time!' you decided and stayed calm until it was time for you to speak up. "Hideki? I just remembered that once, you've mentioned that you were planning to join the task force..." you started and he looked up while waiting for you to continue. And so you did.
"Did you join them yet or not?" You finally got to the point. "I'm in." His short answer came quick. You got excited knowing that he is currently working with the legendary L. "So I assume, that you are currently working with the world's greatest detective L!" you brought out in a self-composed tone, knowing that this information will surprise him.
Hideki remained silent for a moment. Then he narrowed his eyes a little bit, almost unnoticeable and questioned: "You think L is working with the Japanese task force? What made you think so?"
You took a deep breath. "I told you about the boy, the son of the chief, right? When I passed him and Naomi, I caught a snatch of their conversation in which he told her that L is already in charge of the Japanese task force leading the Kira investigations. And there is no doubt that I misheard it!"
For a moment Hideki seemed to be paralyzed. But when his emotionless voice sounded, you doubted him being paralyzed about what you just told him.
"Light Yagami. Son of detective Soichiro Yagami. Yeah, it is true... L is leading the Kira-investigation right now, but I wonder where he got these information from. And I also wonder what his intention was when he told Naomi so.." Hideki's thumb touched his bigger lip. While staring into space he began to explain. "The problem is that Light Yagami is not part of the investigating team. So he does not know anything about L or the investigators. He is only a young detective, but getting to know that by his father is impossible. Besides, it's not long ago, since we started working with L!"
'That's strange..' you thought. 'That's really strange...!'
"Could it be possible, that he is Kira? He is a student after all. Used to help the police to solve cases, is a genius and his father is working with the worlds greatest detective L in the Kira case. So he might be getting all the investigation information from his father's account. I mean if he can hack, which is certainly the case!"
