'Nothing.' I said bluntly, glaring up at him in anger. He raised an eyebrow, before his fingers clenched around my heart. I squirmed with the pain of it all and Peter's brow sadistically rose with the pleasure of watching him so eagerly inflict pain on me.
'Tell me the truth!' Pan cried angrily. 'Don't lie to me, Tiger Lily!'
'Leave her alone!' Emma cried firmly, her eyes briefly meeting mine, before returning to a hard glare at Pan, who just ignored her and returned his gaze to me expectant of my reply.
'I just... I just told them... That-that I would help them if I could and.... And... And talk to Henry.' I gasped in an enormous breath as Peter Pan released me from his grasp, peering down at me in amusement.
'Is that so? Look at me, Tiger Lily.' He mused, taking a step towards me. Pan clenched my cheeks between his fingers, forcing me to lift my heavy head upwards and look at him. 'You know that is very ironic because I thought you loved me, I thought instead of wanting to save the boy you wanted to save my life.'
'Well that feeling's long gone!' I retorted angrily, yanking my head out of his grasp and looking to the floor. I was shameful for what I just said, but at the same time I meant every word and I would use his moment of shock to my advantage.
'Ooh look,' Peter cooed. 'The kitten has claws.'
'Just stay away from me!' I whimpered, shuffling submissively away from him, my eyes never leaving my pulsing heart in his grasp.
'So it seems your precious Tiger Lily has betrayed you after all, Pan,' Hook mused delightfully, in an attempt to deter his attention away from me. My eyes narrowed at him, because I would never betray Pan, I would never hurt him.
'Oh really?' Pan scoffed. 'She hasn't told you why you are here? She hasn't told you how I found Henry and why Henry is here?'
'What are you talking about?' David demanded impatiently.
Pan raised an eyebrow, before averting his attention to me. I swallowed, trying hard not to meet his gaze, squirming because I didn't want him to know that I was the reason for their pain. It would seem that I hadn't picked a side, which meant that neither of them were able to trust me. I had betrayed everyone I loved and it made me feel sick.
'You haven't? Tell them the truth, Tiger Lily. Tell them why their son is in Neverland.' Pan commanded and I winced at the energy and forcefulness of his words.
'Greg and Tamara brought him here.' I winced.
'That's not what I meant,' Pan said gently, but in the most sinister way imaginable. I screamed in pain as he clenched my heart, making me gasp and squirm, holding back the tears as Mary Margaret continued to beg him to stop. 'Tell them why it was Henry. Who's fault is it that Henry is here? Who's fault was it that their son is with me, Tiger Lily?'
'Mine!' I gasped and he unclenched my heart, making me collapse on the floor by his feet. He looked down at me in triumph.
'You're lying!' Baelfire roared instantly, taking a step towards me. Pan wouldn't let him get any closer, stepping slightly in front of me so that I wasn't accessible.
'Why would I do that, Neal?' Peter Pan asked, the words rolling off his tongue in a sinister, demonic way. 'Why would I lie to you when the truth is so sweet? Tiger Lily has betrayed you.'
'You tricked her!' Baelfire spat back.
Pan raised an eyebrow. 'How? She found out that it was Henry simply by using her magic. It was her that did it, not just because she fell in love with me, but because I loved her. I could play no trickery without tricking myself.'
'I didn't know what he would do... I tried to not tell him about Storybrooke... but... he forced me... you don't understand,' I chocked out defencelessly, trying not to gain enemies.
'It doesn't matter what she did, we all know that she wouldn't have done it all knowingly. All that matters is what she does now, Pan.' Hook seethed and I saw everyone else swallow harshly because their pasts haven't been perfect.
'What about Henry? Why did you need him?' Emma demanded.
'If I were to tell you that, it would ruin the game,' Pan mused and turned around sharply, facing me once again.
'You know, Tiger Lily, I hate to see you like this.' Pan mused and I felt sickened by this, because he was sadistically enjoying hurting me. 'Perhaps I should find a better way of dealing with you later.' He suggested and my stomach churned.
'No, please-' I begged, but it was too late.
'See you later, Tiger.' Pan smiled, giving me a small wave goodbye. 'Leave me to talk with your new comrades.'
The world started spinning, a lump forming in my throat. I could hear Pan's words, but only as though it was through water. I couldn't speak or move or think, but I could see the world around me.
'I see you've met my lovely wife.' Pan mused and my heart clenched, because he knew I hadn't told them.
'Wife?' Regina asked, her eyes flickering between me and Pan.
'You married him?' Hook asked me in utter disgust and I just breathed in heavily and quickly, trying to form the words to reply, but unable to even open my mouth and produce a sound that didn't die before it reached him. 'You loved Peter Pan?'
I growled under my breath, my face pressed heavily against the dirty ground. Pan turned to face me at the animalistic noise I made and smirked at my dissatisfaction, grinning cheekily. 'She sure did. She loved me with all her heart- enough to marry me!'
Not any more!
'You killed her husband.' Neal spat angrily.
'No, I destroyed her husband and became Peter Pan. It is her who refuses to see me as the man I once was.' Pan replied gleefully, enjoying his sense of knowing before everybody else.
'You are not her husband, Pan.' Rumple said sternly.
'You could never deserve her, she would never marry someone as heartless as you.' Neal agreed, his eyes glaring at Pan with all the anger and cruelty of the world. Baelfire had known me for a long time, but he barely came close to how long Pan had known me for. If he had known Malcolm, he would have understood.
'Oh but she did, Neal!' Pan mused, bending down to scoop up my limp, feeble body in his arms. I quivered with fear and repulsion, but couldn't move. 'And I will make her love me again. Once Henry is mine, she will have forever with me to love me. I advise that you stay away from her if you value your life.'
And then, we disappeared.
Before Peter Pan carried me unwillingly back to camp, he whispered into my ear, 'Forget about Rumple and Hook and your native family and the pirates and Oliver, Tiger. Forget them all. Come with me and be happy again. Come into the woods to the camp and you'll never, never have to remember what happened again.'
