Chapter Four: Pull Out!

Start from the beginning

Sam snickered behind me at what this conversation sounded like and I swatted him on the shoulder. I heard Natalie's, my cousin's voice, "Jacob I told you not to do it."

"But I wanted to anyway." He whined, sounding frustrated wherever he was.

"Um, Brandon? What is happening?" I asked, majorly confused by the sounds through the speaker. It sounded how some people who didn't know what this would look like a Adult Rated movie a teen would probably need to find a pin number to access it through. Clearly the guy behind me was laughing harder by the second. Sam had to get up from the chair to take a breath.

I settled in the chair as Brandon shifted his laptop so that it turned around. My eyes widened at the sight of Jacob.

His foot was stuck in a wall.

"How?" I asked, my jaw dropping. When it would get out that would leave a huge hole in the wall. But for the love of all things good in life how did he get his foot in there?

"He decided to kick a soccer ball and I have no idea what happened but he missed the ball and kick the wall instead."

"It's not a very strong and stable wall anyway." Jacob complained, pulling at his right leg while trying not to fall on the other.

Natalie sighed, pushing her white blonde hair back before grabbing Jacob by the waist. She tugged him backward with a hard lug and finally Jacob's leg came out of the wall, exploding dust in the process as he fell onto his girlfriend.

Brandon turned the laptop around to face him as he looked annoyed. "Do you see what I've had to live with for eighteen years of my life?"

I nodded, a little distracted because Sam was currently on the ground laughing his butt off at what he had just saw and heard. "Oh my God." I muttered, the sight of him laughing making me gain a smile on my face. I nudge him with my foot a few times. "Get up you bozo."

He sat up and leaned against my leg. He grabbed his phone as Brandon talked. "Have you heard from Jazz?"

Him too? "Not since last week Tuesday. Andrew said he hasn't really heard from her either but Drake has."

"It's just weird. Not even for us I mean for Drew. He sounded defeated I guess when I called him."

"I know," I said thinking about when he Skyped me. "Um, what about Jon Ming? How is he doing? Has he heard from her?"

"I think that guy is having that time of his life." Jacob muttered as he hobbled onto the screen, taking a seat next to his brother.

"Can you expand on that?"

Brandon went through his phone, scrolling through something. "Have you checked Instagram or his Snapchat stories? It's like party life. Club life.Taking shots.Girls.Women who are like five or ten years older than him. I've seen him getting twerked on like at least a hundred times in the past couple of days."

Brandon used his finger to hold onto his phone as he turned it around to show me a video. "Look."

Sam and I looked at the video playing on Jon Ming's phone. He held up his phone on the front so we could see my friend's face laughing. There were neon lights everywhere, people practically gyrating and dry humping one another. The story played different videos one of someone taking the video of Jon Ming taking the shots from the tiny cups. There was one when Jon Ming was grinning at the camera and there were like two girls beside him kissing his cheeks. Then the videos stopped to a black screen with the caption 'Best Night Ever!' with the sunglasses and emoticon emoji.

"He had the time of his life." Sam said in monotone and I could see an expression cross over his face. There was recognition in his eyes and not the good kind. I could feel him thinking about what he did when he was sixteen and seventeen going to places like that even though he was underage.
