“He doesn’t. He got over that,” I smirked at him. Jeydon rolls his eyes.

“Whatever,” He mumbled.

The teacher pulled Jeydon and I to the side. We had to be the last ones to get our diploma’s for the fact that we had graduated with the highest grades. I spent last night trying to come up with a motivating speech but it was no use. I didn’t think I would’ve said it anyway.

Alex glances at me sending me a kiss. I smile at him before glancing up at Jeydon. “You nervous?” I asked him. He glanced down at me.

“Nope, it’s just graduation,” He mocked me.

“Dumb question I’m sorry,” I whispered.

“Not really, your Aldabella we expect that,” He busted out laughing. I gasped. He had just insulted me! I swing my hand at him slapping him in the shoulder.

“You’re an asshole,” I told him.

He laughed a couple more seconds before speaking. “I know it’s by nature,” I rolled my eyes.

The principal began calling each name until he finished. “Alijah Collins,” The principal spoke out. Alijah skipped on change bowing in front of the principal. Students and parents laughed as he received his diploma. He smiled proudly as my dad flashed a picture.

“Mitchi Jones,” The principal said. Mitchi glanced at me and I gave her the thumps up. She took in a deep breathe and proceed to the front of the stage. She thanked the principal and walked down the stage. My mouth drops open as Alijah and her kiss each other. Jeydon and I giggle.

“It was only matter of time,” We both said at the same time. I knew those two love birds would end up together. Well eventually they would have. Finally, it was our turn. My stomach twisted into a knot, my body tremble terribly. Jeydon stares at me and smiles.

“Just pretend its elementary again,” He spoke out.

“How?” I questioned him.

“You know when you were scared to go talk to the front of the class because you thought everyone would laugh at you,” He said.

“I vomited afterwards!” I freaked out.

He rolled his eyes. “The point is I was there beside you holding your hand. Unfortunately, I cant hold your hands because you have a boyfriend. But I can be next to you,” He smiled. “Anyways, like I always said you go down I go down with you,”

Jeydon squeezes my hand tightly before we step on stage. Everyone’s eyes was on us, this was our moment. This was the speech our class would remember forever. What was I exactly going to say? What if stuttered? I remained calmed as the principal gave his last words.

“Now, please give a applause for our two outstanding students Jeydon Andrews and Aldabella Collins!” He said. Everyone began cheering and screaming. Jeydon shushed everyone, he was always the outstanding one. He was never afraid to be on the spotlight.

“I’ll be honest I don’t know what to tell you guys. I just have to say that we made it through hell without dying so we can make it through hell again right?” He questioned them.

“Yea, you would know huh?” Ricky shouted. Everyone laughed. He scoots over letting me have the spot light. I stared at him dead in the eyes I cant do this. He took in a deep breathe and nodded.

I glanced at everyone before speaking. “Life itself is complicated and each one of you know that. Everyday is a struggle to fight over the obstacles that are thrown at us. We made it through what are suppose to be the four years in hell. It wasn’t that bad was it?” I let out a breath. “Through out our life we lost and gained friends, we have learned every choice has its consequences and that sometimes you just have to push life a little to make it go your way. So guys I wish every last one of you the best, I hope that you can get through what ever life throws at you. I hope that when we come back ten years later you will all be married, with kids. It was a amazing experience spending my year with you. It’s felt like I known everyone since kids,” I smiled.
