Lab Rats: Leo a Hero?

Chase's POV

"Morning..." I said, gloomy.

"And, today's ruined..." Bree said, like she usually does, but this time, I didn't say anything I usually did. "What's up with you Chase, where's your usual morning glee?"

"Gone, with Leo," I said, looking at the couch where he slept and for a spilt second I expected him to be lying there, which was followed by sadness. "I just feel so bad, it's not going to be the same without Leo here."

"I know what you mean."

"Guys, I don't want to train today." Adam said.

"Let's not, then, who can force us?" Bree suggested.

"We're gonna get in trouble." I told her, Mr. Davenport would find out, eventually.

"So what? We deserve a break, and now's the time."

"Okay, let's do it."

"Yes!" Adam exclaimed, as we got back into our capsules and went back to sleep.

Mr. Davenport's POV

"Hey guys," I said, walking into the training room.

"Hey, Mr. Davenport," Logan said, walking up to me.

"Have you seen Adam, Bree and Chase?"

"No, no one's seen them this morning, they skipped breakfast and now training too."

"What?"

"No...one...has-"

"I get it Logan. Why would they skip training?"

"I don't know, mission?"

"There's been no mission alerts,and they would tell me." I said, confused, "I'll be back."

In the Living Quaters

"

Hey guys," I said acting casual as I walk into the living quaters and see Adam, Bree, and Chase relaxing, still in their pajamas.

"Hey, Mr. Davenport." Bree said, absent mindedly. "Mr. Davenport!" She then yelled, surprised, dropping what seems was working on. Adam and Chase had stopped what they were doing as well, knowing they were caught and in big trouble, which they were. "What are you doing here?"

"Oh, you know, just walking around, looking fir mentors. Because mine have apparently lost their minds!!!"

"Mr. Davenport, relax, we haven't lost our mind, just Leo." Chase said, so that's what this is about, Leo leaving.

"This is about Leo?" I asked and they all looked at each other and nodded. "Well, tough, people leave, people leave, look, I miss Leo too, okay, but you know what, I don't get to quit my job just because we lost Leo, so neither do you. Look, your these peoples' leader and it's your duty to train them. So your gonna go out there and your gonna put on a smile and your gonna do. Your. Job!"

"No," Chase said and I was taken by surprised, Chase, out of the three of them was disobeying my orders.

"What did you just say?"

"You heard me. No!" Chase said and I didn't know what to say, nobody did, Chase neck very disobeyed an order. "Look, we know this is our job, but we just lost our brother! He doesn't even think we care! So, yeah, we're not going out there!"

"Look," I said, more sincere "I know you miss Leo, I do too, but, Leo wouldn't want us to do this. So, I'll give you today, tomorrow you get back out there."

"We'll try tomorrow if we don't like it, we're out." Bree said, and it was the best I was gonna get.

"Deal," I said and walked out.

"Oh, and Mr. Davenport," Chase said and I turned around, " Leo wouldn't care we do, he hates us, and I don't think he'll ever forgive us." Chase said and I couldn't believe Leo would say something like that. We really messed up with Leo.

Chase's POV

"Does Mr. Davenport seem different to you guys?" I asked them once he had left.

"Yeah, I guess we're not the only ones feeling guilty." Bree said and went back to what she was working on. "I just wish Leo would come back."
