"Girder." He simply stated as he continued to work.

"Girder." I repeated.

"Yes. Girder."

"Okay, care to explain." I continued, since he clearly isn't planning on doing so.

"Barry obviously can't fight so I'm birthing Girder." I looked at him completely confused at what he was getting at, he sighed and continued. "Okay, Girder is going to be a moving target for Barry to practice fighting."

"A machine is not a way to teach someone how to fight." I replied as I put my hand on my hips.

"So what your idea? Are you going to train him?" I didn't reply and he smirked as a reply. "Yeah, that's what I thought. So are you going to help me or not?"

"Fine." I caved in as I sat down and helped Cisco with Girder. We spent most of the morning working on Cisco's brain child until Barry came in. Barry informed us of who are man of steel was, and apparently he's Barry's childhood bully.

"Your childhood nemesis is now an unstoppable meta-human." Cisco repeated in disbelief. "That is seriously messed up."

"I had a childhood nemesis." Caitlin admitted thoughtfully. Lexi La Roche. She used to put gum in my hair."

"Jake Puckett." Cisco announced. "If I didn't let him copy my homework he'd give me a swirly."

Everyone looked at me expecting me to tell them about my high school built. Thing is I never had one, my teenage years weren't necessarily normal. "Don't have one."

"What do you mean you don't have one." Cisco said in suprise. "But your one of us."

"I was a girl from The Glades in a rich kids school, everyone avoided me." I revealed to them, and they seemed genuinely suprised.

"Well that's sad too." Cisco corrected continued and I just shrugged my shoulders.

"Now that we've established that we're all uber-nerds, what are we gonna do about Tony?" Barry anxiously asked changing the subject.

"Glad you asked. We're gonna train you, man. Karate Kid style." Cisco responded with a mischievous grin as he led us into the room that held Girder. "Behold! I call him Girder." Barry looked at the devices in confusion and then looked at us for answers.

"This was not my idea." I defended, as I walked further into the room.

"Fighting is physics. It's not about strength. It's not about size." Cisco explained as he set up his precious Girder. "It's about energy and power."

"How about skill and technique?" Barry asked, and I felt myself smile a bit.

"Well you can't have either of those if you don't have the power to do them." I told him and he nodded in understanding.

"Channel your speed the right way and you can totally take this bad boy down." Cisco claimed as he grabbed the control and began to move Girder. "Now obviously your Girder is a moving target.'

"So I have ice and bandages standing by." Caitlin assures him from her spot in the doorway. Cisco began to mess with the controls as Girder began to move. Barry started off this alot of sloppy punched around the machine until One of Girders mechanical arms hit him on the back and then on the shoulder. Barry groaned in pain as he fell to the floor, we all crowded around Barry who was gripping his arm tightly.
