"Di ko maiwasang mainis. Alam ko naman, I don't have the right." I said.
"That's what we're telling you Kief. You should make your move with confirmation. Not just pa-simpleng move lang." Simmy joined the conversation.
"I know, I know." i just said. I looked at them once again and Sam is smiling. Right now, I wanted to grab Sam from Jeric's arms and run to where he can't find her. Naiinis talaga ako.
After another song, they stopped dancing. I saw them walk towards our table. Sam never erased her smile the whole time she was with him.
"Thanks Piggie," Jeric said. Aba! Anung Piggie-Piggie to!
"Thanks din Smiley." She replied smiling. They we're together for like 15 minutes, meron na agad tawagan? Ang bilis ni Kuya Jeric!
"I'll let you be, I'll see you around? di pa naman tapos ang event diba?" Urgh. Can't you just go? Parang ayaw pang umalis. What am I feeling? Kuya Jeric is my friend. Pero naiinis talaga ako sa kanya. Eto naman si Sam, ganda rin ng smile. Urgh.
"Yeah, I'll see you around" she said while smiling. Kuya Jeric acknowledged us first then turned his back. Finally!
"Hey! What's wrong?' Sam asked. "Ba't naka-kunot yang noo mo Kief?"
"Ehem!" Von coughed. "Selos! Ehem" He discreetly said. I saw Simmy snicker behind me.
"What?" Sam asked.
"Nothing" I replied. I hit Von's arm under the table and looked at him as if warning him to shut up. He raised his two hands up like he's surrendering then turned his back at me.
"Tell me," Sam said, looking so confused.
"Nothing," I faked a smile to stop her from asking further.
"Okay. Sure ka ha?" he asked and I nodded and faked another smile. I saw her check her phone.
"Oh it's time for the auction. Let's get this done and over with." She said. I assissted her to stand up and walked her to the mini stage.
"Uhm, good evening everyone" Sam started when she was up on stage. I went back to our table cause I know Sam will be staying up there for a while.
"I hope you guys enjoyed your food." Sam said. I heard the audience reply to Sam's comments. "Before we start, I would like to say thank you to all of you for coming and of course for helping the foundation. The money that will be raised tonight will help our fellow Filipinos in Visayas and Mindanao." Sam dearly said. "Now let's get down to business, are your pockets ready? Let's start with our first item..."
The auction continued and went on smoothly. I was shocked that people are willing to pay as high as a million pesos for a bottle of wine. Rich people.
As the event approach its conclusion, I saw satisfied faces. The auction raised 5.6 Million pesos from 12 bottles of wine according to Sam. Mukhang successful ang event ni Sam. She also looks happy.
The guests started to say their goodbyes to the Villarazas. I'm standing beside Sam, doing my hostess date's duty, smiling to everyone and saying thank yous.
I saw Sam beside me sighed after saying thank you to the man who paid 1 million pesos for a bottle of wine. She looked tired. I put my arms around her waist. She looked at me and smiled weakly.
"Upo ka muna. You look realy tired na," Aya ko sa kaniya. "Konti na lang," She said and gave me her tired smile.
"Huwag ng makulit Sam. Andito naman sila Kuya oh." I said to her.
"Kief, few more guests and I will rest." How can I resist these batting puppy eyes.
"Fine," I said to her but kept my arms on her waist to support her. She looks like she's gonna fall anytime.
"Sam!" I heard Almira from behind. Sam and I were startled. Grabe naman tong energy ni Almira hindi pa nauubos. I felt Sam stood up straight. Parang nahawa sa energy ni Almira. I let go of Sam and stepped back to give room for them to talk. I can still hear them though.
"Sam, I really enjoyed your party." Almira happily said.
"Dichi, feeling close ka naman," I heard Jeron said to his sister.
"Bakit ka ba nangingialam Shoti? Sam and I are friends na, diba Sam?" Almira said. Sam smiled to the Tengs.
"Of course naman." Sam galdly replied.
"Oh ayan Shobe, Okay ka na?" Tito Alvin said. "Thank you Sam and to your brothers for inviting us."
"Yes ija, salamat sa inyo," Tita Susan said.
"You're welcome po. Thanks din po for coming." Sam politely said.
"Oh Sam, see you in La Salle na lang." Jeron said. "Sure" Sam gave beso to the girls and smiled to the boys.
"Uhm Ahia, aren't you gonna say byebye to Sam?" Almira butted in. Eto na naman po tayo. Kuya Jeric, why are you blushing ha?
"I actually don't want to say goodbye to Sam, Shobe. Cause I'm seeing her again." Jeric said straight to the point which gave him tukso from his family.
"Yun oh! Da moves ni Ahia!" Jeron patted his brother's shoulder.
"Psimple ka lang Jeric ha," Tito Alvin said.
"Ever heard of hiya, Ahia?" Almira said.
"Ahia, magpaalam ka muna sa mga kuya dun oh." Alyssa pointed to the Villaraza men talking to other geusts.
Sam just politely smiled to them. "Can I Sam?" I heard Kuya Jeric expexcatantly asked.
"Why not?" Sam just said.
I just can't take this anymore. I need a breather. Nagseselos ako, but I know I don't have the right. I thought Sam was reciprocating the care and concern I was showing her, that somehow she feels the same way I feel for her. But why is she still entertaining Jeric? Naguguluhan ako. Naiinis. Nagseselos.
I went inside the living room leaving the Tengs and Sam at the front door. I saw the grand piano and without knowing I was walking towards it. I opened it and sat on the stool infront of it.

Hahaha I can't think of any title kasi eh. Since, jelly jelly nman dito si Kiefer, then the Tengs are chinese. Hahaha wala lang. :D

And guys, I don't think I'll update often this week. Andito kasi ang mga UAAP players for unigames. And I'm on fangirling mode again. But will do my best to update.
