I turned back to the guys. "Jasmine kissed me," I blurted it out.
They stopped talking and stared at me. "She kissed you?"
I nodded my head glancing away from them, waiting for their stupid and perverted comments.
Zander playfully shoved me, "Well done. How was it?"
"How did it happen?" Jonas also asked.
I rolled my eyes at them before telling them what happened. When I finished, Zander's nose was scrunched up a little.
"You didn't need to give so much detail," he stated.
Jonas' reaction was completely different, "That's hot."
We continued talking about what happened but I was able to change the subject to other things. A feminine voice stopped our conversing.
"Parker!" The voice screeched and I cringed. I turned to face her and whatever emotion on my face vanished as I glared at her.
"It's Alpha to you," I snapped. Stephanie didn't look like she cared that I snapped at her and that made me even more irritated. This girl never knew when to quit. She thought I was her mate, which obviously wasn't true. She just wanted the Luna position.
"Dance with me," she wined and I scrunched my nose not wanting to even think about how similar that would be to hell.
"No," I replied before turning back up Zander and Jonas who looked annoyed as well.
"Why not?" She continued as she placed a hand on my shoulder. I shrugged her hand off and made a move to walk away but she grabbed my wrist.
"Don't touch me," I hissed at her. I turned around to face her fully and glared at her. Fear flashed through her eyes as I took an intimidating step towards her.
"Touch me again and you'll be punished," I said with narrowed eyes at her. "You are not my mate and you will never have the Luna position. You are not fit for it anyways."
She looked hurt by my words but she quickly pushed it away. "Neither is that bitch. She's not your mate!"
I growled at her among her cower back. "Don't talk about my mate and your Luna like that. She's perfect for the position. Disrespect her again and you're out of the pack."
She nodded wordlessly before walking away. I sighed relieved before turning back to Zander and Jonas who were watching with smirks on their faces.
"I can't wait for the day she's out of here," Jonas muttered, "She's such a bitch."
I couldn't agree more. She never left me alone. Maybe now she will.
"Impressive," the voice of my mate said from behind me. I turned around and noticed her leaning against one of the poles holding up the tent. Her dress and hair was neat and her make up was fixed. She looked as if nothing happened between us.
The whole thing kept replaying in my head. I didn't know what to do except for the fact that I wanted to kiss her again.
She stared and I grew tense at her gaze. She then stood up and walked over to me. I tried calming my nerves but I couldn't.
My eyes swept down her body watched as her dress hugged her abdomen tightly and the skirt of the dress flowed showing off her tan legs.
I looked back up at her who was looking at my neck, a smirk on her lips. I furrowed my eyebrows at her. "What?" I asked curiously.
She shook her head. "Nothing except you didn't get rid of all of the lipstick marks," she responded nonchalantly.
"I didn't?" Oh well.
