Chapter 51: My Decision...Our Love

Sesshomaru then seperated himself from Tsukiko.
She felt lonely and hopeless when his warmth left her "Sesshomaru...." Tsukiko felt sad,
But suddenly, her hand is pulled by Sesshomaru and she is pulled into an embrace,
"...! S-Sessho...maru?" Tsukiko was shocked, then she feels Sesshomaru's hand stroking her back softly,
"Don't cry...when you cry...it drives me crazy..." Sesshomaru said, "...I believe you...I love you as well, and don't ever think that you are a burden to me, you are my reason to live. You're the light that shines my life, I will never let you go even if you try to leave me," Sesshomaru said placing his chin on her head,

"Ugh...! Hiks...I won't leave you, I will stay by your side forever, I promise," Tsukiko said hugging Sesshomaru back,

"Stay beside me forever...Tsukiko," Sesshomaru said gently,
Tsukiko looks up to meet Sesshomaru's loving gaze, then his face slowly approach her and their lips met each other.
They both kissed softly and tenderly as the moon softly shines above them,

"Tsukiko...." Sesshomaru softly called her name in her ear, which makes Tsukiko melt from his voice,
"Sesshomaru...let's go home," Tsukiko said
"You're right...let's go," Sesshomaru said and gently lifts her up princess style,

"W-wait a minute! W-why am I-!" Tsukiko became flustered,
"I'm just carrying you like this and you're that flustered?...and we were kissing just a few seconds ago.." Sesshomaru whispered in her ear, which causes Tsukiko to winced in embarrassment,

"F-fine..." Tsukiko said, and she wraps her arms around Sesshomaru's neck,
"Hmph...that's a good girl," Sesshomaru smiles in satisfaction and then flies off with Tsukiko in his arms,

"...say Sesshomaru, what about your mother..? I don't want you and your mother to-"
"We've always been like that, she'll come to like you soon enough," Sesshomaru said
"Okay..." Tsukiko nodded, and slowly lay her head on Sesshomaru's chest and she closes her eyes, the feeling of the wind softly caressing her cheeks makes her feel sleepy and slowly she drifted off to sleep.

"...asleep I see," Sesshomaru said noticing Tsukiko has fallen asleep, then he plants a kiss on her head,
"Sweet dreams...Tsukiko," Sesshomaru whispered,

In the end, Sesshomaru brought Tsukiko to the others. Sesshomaru was able to find them and they are finally reunited, but Tsukiko is still fast asleep.
"Sesshomaru! You've found her! Is she alright?" Kagome asked heading toward them,
"She's fine, she is just tired," Sesshomaru said

"Thank goodness...," The others heaves a sigh of relieve,
"We should head back to the village for now, she has already obtained the winter crystal's power right?" Miroku asked,
"Yes she did, all of her powers are complete now," Sesshomaru said
"Now all that's left is to beat Fuyukotsu!" Inuyasha said
