Chapter 51: My Decision...Our Love

"But for now, let us regain our strength before our fight," Sango said "We've been looking for her all this time without much rest, let's take a break,"
"Sango's right! Let's go!" Kagome said

In the next morning they arrive at the village,
"Welcome home everyone!" Rin greeted them,
"Sister! Welcome back!" Kohaku is there as well,
"Oh lord Sesshomaru you have returned!" Jaken greeted him, but Sesshomaru passed him and headed straight for the hut where Tsukiko usually slept,

"L-lord Sesshomaru....?" Jaken was surprised to see him walk away,
"Let's just leave the two of them alone for now, they've just reconciled," Kagome said
"Ohh what has happened to my lord Sesshomaru!?" Jaken asked only to get hit on the head by Inuyasha,
"You're so annoying! Quit your babbling and let's go!" Inuyasha said as he drag Jaken by the head,
"Ohhh...the pain...," Jaken groaned,

Sesshomaru took Tsukiko into the hut and lay her on the soft mattress,
Tsukiko groaned a little as Sesshomaru lay her down, Sesshomaru sees a blanket at the corner of the room and lays it on top of Tsukiko.
Then he left the hut and flies off somewhere,

Kagome just left Kaede's house when she sees Sesshomaru fly off,
A smile appears on Kagome's face, she remembered what Sesshomaru said to the others,
"I'm going to marry Tsukiko," Sesshomaru said with a serious tone,
"Huh?...WHAAAAAAT!!!!?" The others were unable to hold their surprise, surprisingly Tsukiko didn't wake up from their loud voice,
"Y-you...are you serious??" Kagome asked her face lighting up,

"Is it really that of a shock?" Sesshomaru asked with an annoyed face,
"N-no of course not Sesshomaru!" Miroku said and the others shakes their heads,
"I plan on proposing to her when she wakes up," Sesshomaru said
"Then why don't you give her something as a symbol!" Kagome said

"A symbol?" Sesshomaru asked,
"Yeah you know like a necklace or a ring...or.." Kagome wondered,
"Well what do people in your time do when they propose?" Sesshomaru asked,
"Huh? Well...the man gives the girl a ring as a symbol that they are engaged to one another," Kagome said
"A ring....huh?" Sesshomaru said "...I think Totosai will be able to forge something..."

So it turns out that Sesshomaru went to Totosai to ask him to make a ring for Tsukiko,
"Hmmm...a ring you say?" Totosai asked scratching his head,
"Yes a ring, I need you to make one for me,"
"Hmmm I may be able to make something, just wait there for a moment will ya?" Totosai said and he went to forge a ring,

"Oh yeah, I need to know how big her finger is," Totosaid said
"Here use this," Sesshomaru hands him a vine that has already been wrapped into a ring,
"Huh...so it's this small..." Totosai said then he went back to forge the ring,

It only took a few minutes for Totosai to create the ring. Totosai gives Sesshomaru the ring and then he leaves Totosai's house.
"I wonder what he wants to do with that ring?" Totosai wonders,
"Totosai! Was that Sesshomaru just now?" Myoga asked suddenly arriving in front of Totosai,
"Huh? Oh yeah...he asked me to make him a ring," Totosai said

"A ring?...for what on earth exactly?" Myoga asked,
"Well he didn't say...but the size of the ring was quite small, for a lady I might say," Totosai said,
"A woman!? I-I-I've once heard from Kagome that people in her time always gives the bride a ring as a symbol of their love, could it be that Sesshomaru intends to marry someone?" Myoga wondered,

"Well who might it be?...I sure feel sorry for the girl if he marries that boy," Totosai said
"Well what are we waiting for!? Let's go find out who she is!" Myoga said
And the two of them left to see who Sesshomaru is proposing to,
