You picked it up and you scrunched your face. It was a card for his business, Krei Tech or something, he mentioned it earlier before the others arrived."Because of a piece of paper? Are you really that mad?"
Krei groaned in frustration and folded his arms, grumbling, "How can you stand this girl?"
Everyone glared at him for his comment. All except for Hiro who snorted at that and he had to clamp his hands over his lips to keep his laughter in.
Are you kidding me?!
"Hiro!" Honey scolded like what a mother would do when her son or daughter did something bad.
Hiro snorted once more and bent over, still trying to keep himself from bursting in laughter. But alas, his attempt was futile and his laughter filled the whole room. After his laughing fit, Hiro wiped a tear of joy from his eye and chuckled once more. "I'm sorry guys but that question is legit hard to answer. I'm starting to wonder how I managed to tolerate her bratty self."
You stood up with the help of the bars. The same excruciating ache in your stomach returned your narrowed your eyes at Hiro, a pathetic attempt to glare at him. "Oi, whose side are you on, jerk?"
"Neither?" Hiro replies only to receive a not so harmful smack on the head from Wasabi. Hiro let out a yelp and pouted at the man at fault.
"Sorry, Hiro. Pissing (Y/N) off will not end well." He reminded, shrugging.
"Yeah," You backed up, sticking your tongue. Hiro rolled his eyes heavenwards and returned your annoying gesture.
We're really fighting in a middle of a life and death situation? I'm cool with that.
"It just gives me more reason not to save you." Hiro countered sassily.
You smirked mockingly. "Get your facts right, Hamada,"
"What?" He asks, puzzled.
"You act like you hate me, insulting me, teasing me and all that but in reality, you like me. And I know that if you walk out that door, you'll come back crawling to me." You stated like it was no big deal, causing Hiro to turn crimson, "And the feeling might be mutual."
Hiro flushed a deeper shade of red, steam coming from his ears. "M-Mutual?"
"I said might. Don't get your hopes up high because you might end up falling and getting hurt."
(Hugot pa more)
Hiro frowned but his chattering teeth gave away what he truly feels. "I don't like you! Idiot . . ."
"Hiro's heart rate rose - "
"Not now, Baymax!"
Tsundere as hell. You though, secretly smiling behind you smirking facade.
Honey squealed internally as she tried to keep a poker face on. The ship is sailing! I repeat, the ship is sailing! She thought excitedly.
"As much as I'd like to see your young love romance story unfold before me, I'd rather focus on the bigger matters here. Such as this," Krei takes a small rectangular remote from his pocket with a bright red button built in the middle.
Hiro perked up in cautiousness, and the gang went in their defensive poses. You squinted your eyes suspiciously and curiously at the device in Krei's hand, examining it from as far as you can see."What's that?" Hiro asked, his tone climbing a few tones higher as he gestured at the tiny machinery.
"A remote,"
"Well, duh. What does it do? Turn on the heater? Open the door to your garage? Activate a bomb?"
"Oh, how smart, Hiro!" Krei exclaims, grinning. "You're really smart, I got to hand you that. This does active a bomb."
Hiro immediately zipped his lips as he stared at Krei with large and unbelieving eyes. Your jaw dropped, knees buckling.
"A bomb?!" You yelled. "Are you insane?"
"There's a bomb somewhere then," Gogo mutters thoughtfully, "Could it be in SFIT? He does have an awful past with Callaghan and would most likely target him, you know, for revenge."
"Or maybe my house!" Fred gasped at his own suggestion. "Hopefully not!"
"Or the Lucky Cat Cafe!" Wasabi adds, causing Hiro to glare at him while Gogo lightly punched him on his arm, causing him to let out a small ouch and rub his harmed arm.
Hiro shook his head, eyes closed tightly. "No, no, no, no, no, don't think so negative, guys. We don't know for sure. He might be bluffing for all we know. To scare us on purpose. It might even be a decoy or just something to distract us."
Before you could interject into their conversation, another wave of pain surged from your stomach, causing you to help out a shrill scream. This caught everyone's attention and they all stared at you, worried, except for Krei who knew all too well.
Did I have my period? Please not.
Lifting up your shirt to check your stomach for any wounds, you gasped when you saw a large scar on the right side of your stomach. The wound was stitched up carelessly and you feared it could had been infected. God knows how long it had been left in a state like this.
"What's wrong?" Hiro advances towards you and stopped in front of the cell, checking for any injuries. When he saw the scar, he swallowed and stood up, shaking, "That bomb . . . don't tell me it's inside her.
"Okay, I won't tell you." Krei responds wittily.
What?
