Chapter 1 "Iris"

Michael Fortuna Eirlenhive (fair looking with golden blonde hair) is the eldest son in the family. He is a very talented man. At the age of 15, he already finished all the degree of education that a normal human being must finish. He's an inborn genius. By the age of 16, Michael is already working at the family company with Charles as the vice CEO in the Eirlenhive Group.

Claire Vi Fortuna Eirlenhive is the second in line to the throne daughter of the late king of the England monarchy. She gave up her right to succeed the throne to marry Charles and to protect the Fortuna Royalty. In spite of her status, she is a good mother to Iris and Michael. She supports them in all the things that they wanted to do and make sure that she can help other people in her own simple ways.

Iris Fortuna Eirlenhive (golden blonde hair with fair skin), is a girl who wanted to follow her brother's footsteps. Her brother often says that he really loves the way she smiles so every time she sees him, she is always smiling at him. She always read books at their family library because her brother told her to do so. He mentioned that the best way to know the whole world was to read a book. I her whole life, she has never set her foot outside their mansion since it was in their family tradition that every girl in the family that hasn't reach the age of 12 can never go outside even to attend school. So they let her study inside the mansion by means of a home teacher.

The reason why Michael agreed to manage their company is because he and his father had a condition – to set Iris free from the rules of the family in exchange for his freedom. The rule is that for every female girl to have a fix marriage with the other noble family son. Michael did this because he loves his sister dearly.

What makes their family unique is the fact that they never use fame or status to get what they want and they don't desire the crown to take over the royal family of England. They are perfectly happy with what they have.

The season easily changes. The falling of the leaves marks another season for this year. It is something that cannot be stopped by anyone. The wind embraces each place, making them aware that they actually exist. The Eirlenhive mansion stood still, welcoming the approaching season.

A black limousine arrived and entered the Eirlenhive's grounds.

Chapter 2 "Light Engulfed by Sadness"

It was a snowy morning at the Eirlenhive Mansion. Despite the cold weather, the servants were busy doing their own task for the day. They keep the mansion clean and free from any kinds of dirt. I can say that they are doing their job diligently. Added to that, the servants were respectful and honest. Their masters must be proud of them for having them as their servants.

A black limousine with an eagle crest entered inside the mansion grounds. At that time, Iris was currently in session with her home teacher. She didn't bother to look who it is, even though she can see it in their library's window.

The limousine parked at the mansion main entrance. The servant opened the door and a young boy with dark blue hair, sky blue eyes and seems to be 2 years older than Iris, went out of the limousine. It was Kai Dashwood from the Dashwood family, a third rate noble who becomes Iris' playmate when her brother was not around.

The Dashwood family is a close friend of the family for many years. They are in good terms with the head of Eirlenhive in the shipping business that they have and they also run tea cups export and import in England.

The servant assisted the guest as they enter inside the mansion and led him to the guest room. Making sure that the guest is fine and he is not needed, the servant immediately left the room while Michael proceeded to the study area where Iris was.
