Chapter 2- Saviour

'Is he going to abuse us Celeste?' I ask worriedly.

'Of course not! He's our mate,' with her reassurance I swallow.

I look at alpha Jones and see his jaw clenched and eyes ablaze.

"Alpha Jones, I will be taking my mate with me," the mysterious alpha says.

"Of course alpha Knight!" I freeze.

Alpha knight- know as cruel, ruthless, heartless, cold, he could never be loved and he couldn't love, he's killed children. Well, that's what the rumours say which I highly doubt it.

He's a living nightmare. He's the alpha of doom.

I cower away and he takes a step forward, cold eyes reaching my hazel eyes. I take a step back and his jaw twitches in anger, I quickly take a step forward not wanting to be hurt.

He scans my face and arms and his eyes show an emotion! Fury.

He turns to Alpha Jones for an explanation, he stumbles on his words.
"L-lily is a clumsy one, aren't you Lily?" He says giving me a hard look like 'you better agree or you will be punished.'

I swallow the jump in my throat, "silence!" My mate bellows.

I don't say a thing, "those bruises and marks couldn't possibly be from falling, please give me an explanation," he orders roughly not at all meaning please, he means give me one now.

"A-alpha Knight, I-I'm just clumsy," his cold eyes come in contact with mine and he walks up to me grabbing my arm roughly.

I tense, he's going to hit me, hurt me, anything!

I remember this was alpha Jones first movement when he first started abusing me, I remember it clearly.

"We will be leaving now," alpha Knight says gruffly and drags me outside to the car.

"You can't take her! She's an omega, a slave! She's worthless," alpha Jones spits.

Alpha Knight releases me and whoops around, he grabs alpha Jones by the throat lifting him up.

"Shut up," he hisses and throws him to the pack house, a dent forms in the wall curving around his frame. A small smile appears on my face and I turn around walking to the car quietly.

"Luna," the beta bows and opens the door for me.

Smiling in appreciation, I slide in the car. He will accept that as a thank you right?

He closes the door softly and I watch as the alpha sits in the passenger seat and the beta sits in the seat next to mine.

"Drive," he orders and we start driving away.

"What's your name Luna?" The beta smiles, I eye him carefully and swallow.

"L-lily Tate."

"I'm Liam Crawford, nice to meet you," I smile.

"Nice to meet you too," he grins and we stop talking when we hear a growl that silences us.

I can't stay here. I should run away, be a rogue so I won't have to be abused anymore . What if my own mate starts abusing me!

I have to leave him. I know that if I left my other pack I wouldn't survive, my body was and still is weak, hence why my healing is seriously delayed.

Hours later we arrive at the blue moon pack, people are smiling and children are giggling.

I thought he killed them all.
