This time it was the sun and the wind dancing gently through a room and flowing to the two beings in a bed. One was asleep while the other was wide awake. Kenya knew that there was a warm feeling between the two. As the vision cleared, she noticed that one of the figures was herself, the other, Lynn. Kenya was holding the human girl in her arms and stared at the sleeping girl against her shoulder in a peaceful manner. Kenya stroked Lynn's long brown hair, realizing there was nothing better in that moment. The she wolf even found peace in the small and very quiet snores Lynn let slip out.

Kenya was rubbing small patterns on the human's bare shoulder while admiring how good she looked wrapped up in the silver bed sheets, and every inch of this scene brought bliss to Kenya's mind. This was the moment the she wolf wanted to cherish, to keep, and it was where she always wanted to stay.

After a few more minutes of the she wolf watching the human rest, Lynn yawned like a young child and opened her eyes like a newborn opening them for the first time. Kenya found it adorable how Lynn rubbed her eyes before looking up at the she wolf with the same loving but sleepy eyes.

The vision ended as Kenya came up and allowed the cold feeling to take over and bring her back into reality.

"Hey, uh, Kenya?" Lynn's voice called from the other side of the door.

"Y-Yeah?" The she wolf stuttered, trying to compose herself.

"There's a message on your phone. I don't know who it is, but I listened to it and they sound pretty angry."

Kenya's eyebrows furrowed together and she pushed through the door, seeing Lynn with her phone in her hands. "Why were you going through my phone?"

The girl wore an innocent expression as she explained, "Sorry, I saw it when plugged it in because it was dead and I saw that you had a message. The number didn't have a name with it so I listened to it."

The wolf snatched her phone from the human and took a look at it for herself, listening to the voicemail left for her. She instantly recognized the voice being played for her, Patrick.

"Kenya, you're out of goddamn mind. You thought of this plan. Some treaty you wanted. I believed you when you told me that I could make this happen. I even did what you asked me to, but it didn't work." The she wolf rolled her eyes at his petty complaints. "The only thing that was accomplished was the guarantee that the factions are never going to unite as one unless all these ultimatums are met. Call me back as soon as you get this, because I don't think I can do this alone."

Kenya heaved a sigh and sat down on her bed with a single arm holding her up. She left this task to the vampire because she knew there was no way the town would survive without everyone uniting. She also knew that if she brought Lynn back in a few days, there was no way people would accept her or Brian's help against this demon. Kenya wanted to call the angry vampire back, but she couldn't do it. Why? She didn't know. Well, she did know, Kenya felt as if she couldn't help her city anymore. That's why she ran to Texas to find help. She was like Patrick, weak.

"What treaty is he talking about, Kenya?" Lynn inquired.

"Nothing," The lycan clammed up and stood while pacing around the floor.

"Right. "The girl stood, knowing not to push the she wolf already on edge. "Anyways, I found this." The human walked over to the table, grabbing a book, and rejoined the worried wolf in the middle of the floor. "This symbol was burned on the necks of those wolves." Lynn turned to a marked page and allowed the Kenya to view the pagan symbols. "These are marks for sacrificial ceremonies."

"So you're saying those kids were sacrificed."

"Not completely," Lynn explained, "It's like a normal possession where the demon takes over, but these demons were forced into them. I remember someone told me that a witch can transfer forms of life energy into different beings. So whoever this witch is, she or he used these wolves as hosts. They raised several demons, and placed them in these bodies."

"All I want to know is that, if we exorcise these kids, they'll be alive."

"It depends. The wizard or witch could've been smart and killed them before making them into hosts."

"Do you have any clue who it might be? Or how to figure out who's doing this?"

Lynn shrugged her shoulders. "Personally, no, but word's going around that a witch from Massachusetts is missing. She just dropped off the map. And from what hunters are saying, a witch with that much power can't just disappear."

A witch from Massachusetts...

Kenya thought about it long and hard. A powerful witch from Massachusetts. Who did she know from Massachusetts?
