The Hunger Games {Hiccstrid} {Completed}

"Good evening tributes! I am the boss of the stylists. Now what I want you to do is to go to your assigned stylist and he will dress you up, ready for your parade, then your interview." The man said and I keep looking around to see that all the tributes were very excited, especially district's one to four.

"Are you going to dress the losers in shit clothes like you did last year?" The boy from district four said which caused the rest of them to laugh and we all death glare the careers. "Yeah, and the year before," Another boy says and I had started to clench up my fists. He really is an idiot!

"Alright alright, enough of insulting, you can do that in the training arena and the games, but everyone please go with your stylists and they will get you ready for your interview." The boss said and we all go towards our tables and six ladies come out. "You must be our district 12 tributes?" One of the ladies say and I cross my arms annoyed.

"Yeah, so what?" I snapped and a couple of them gasp.

"I just thought you guys would look more ugly, but you two look amazing compared to the district 12's tributes last year and the year before." Another lady said and I cross my arms in anger. "My sister died in the hunger games a couple of years ago..." I mumbled and they all look at me in shock.

"Wait, Alexandra Hofferson was your sister?"

"Yes, she was." I mumbled and they look at me upset. 

"I am so sorry for your loss, Astrid." One of the girls say and I smile sadly. 

"Thank you! But let's get Matthew and myself ready for this evening." I said and they have a small laugh. "Alright, Matthew your going to go over to the two men over there as for Astrid, you will be coming with us." The lady says and I smile. 

A COUPLE OF HOURS LATER....

As I lye here with a hospitals gown on, looking at the ceiling, I actually felt clean since at home it's an occasion that all of us have a bath. But my thoughts get interrupted by footsteps from a mans heel walk into the room. 

"So... Are you going to make me look pretty...." I said starting to get up and I hear a chuckle from him. 

"I am here to give you an impression sweet heart." He said and I just look at him in shock. 

"S-Seriously?" I said and he nods. 

"Yes, you deserve it, especially what you did for your little sister. You make the best impression you can do your district. Now, let's get that dress for you." He said, then disappears again to go get the dress. A couple of minutes of waiting, he comes back into the room and it reveals my dress. It's so beautiful! I can't bear it. The dress has red, orange and yellow all together, looking like a flame and on the bottom of it it is spread out just like a ballet skirt. 

"It's so beautiful." I said and he chuckles. 

"No worries, but first you need to do the parade first before we get you into this beautiful dress." He said. 

"What's your name?" I ask and he chuckles. 

"My name is Cinner." He said and I shake his hand. 

"Lovely to meet you." He said and I smile widely. 

"Nice to meet you too."

A FEW MINUTES LATER...

Narrative  

As Astrid walks out of the room looking very beautiful with her blonde hair in a braid that is bobby pinned in her hair and as well with the black jump suit Effie gasps. "You look so beautiful!" She said with a huge smile on my face. 

"Thank you!" Astrid said happily while she walked past her heading towards the carriages when she noticed at the corner of her eye, the district 4 boy was watching her. 'Why does he have to watch me...' She thought to herself in her head. 

"You alright?" Matthew asked his partner and Astrid looks at him freaking out. "N-Not really..." She whispered and he grabs her hand. 

"Tell me, what's wrong?" 

"It's just the boy from district 4 is death glaring me again, I hate it so much. His eyes are saying it's time to murder which scares me. I am probably on the top of his kill list." 

"I reckon you won't be. There are weaker children compared to you." He said and she smiled widely. 

"Yeah true. But let's get this parade and interview done and over with. I just want to sleep." Astrid said and Matthew chuckled.
