"There is no need to be afraid, just stretch out your hand and everything will be fine."

She seemed hesitant, but slowly, she outstretched her hand, ready to oull back if need be. Aequitas took her hand gently.

"《Skill: Healing Touch》."

And with a green glow that seemed to envelope her. She gasped in suprise as the pain rapidly disappeared.

Just as Aequitas let go, she quickly put her hands where her her ankle was.

And there was no swelling.

She couldn't make this out. She should be in pain, yet there was none. Her ankle should have been swelling and bruised, yet in its place was a smooth, pale silky white skin. Which didn't match her arms which were quite tanned.

She got up and did a quick twirl on the spot. Her torn dress flapped as she turned. Overjoyed at the miracle that took place.

The boy's mouth was open as he saw her sister, who was clutching herself in pain, got up and started moving as if she never was hurt in the first place.

He turned to see the golden mans eyes on him. How could he repay what he had done?

"Th-thank you very much! Words cannot express how thankful I am. I don't have much but I will do everything in my capabilities to-"

"It's fine."

"...eh?"

"I said it's fine."

The boy, Derek, was viewing the man in gold with wide eyes. How could such a great being exist. Who would just heal someone and not ask for anything in return. Usually healing potions would be expensive. More than what Derek could make in ten years. Yet he had just witnessed something given without any compensation. It was true he didn't use any healing potions, but simply healing someone, even with magic, if it was even magic, was surely with a high cost?

While he was thinking this, Daimens thoughts analyzed the situation.

Ok, so far the situation looks good. From what I have gathered. It seems these beings are quite weak. For one they seemed to be running from a beast who was far weaker than Aequitas to be obliterated by a single strike without any skills of special attacks. But then there is that one child who was able to fool the security network. Either she she has some special ability that is unknown to Kings Game. Or that those two are exceptionally weak. Whatever the outcome is, I must be cautious!

Daimen noticed he was being looked at with sparkling eyes. He was starting to feel quite uncomfortable. What did he do? Did he do something wrong? Did he mess up in some way? His thoughts were going out of control as he imagined pools of sweat running down his body. There are quite a few benifets for having a godly body. For one it seemed he did not have a metabolism. He didn't sweat or excrete waste. The trips to the bathroom were only to escape the harsh reality. Although the guards would be just outside. And they would constantly ask if he was ok.

Rulers sure have it hard, he thought. It made sense why bosses or rich people would wear expensive watches and drive extravagant cars. One must always keep up appearance. And that was especially true towards the NPC's that him and his guild members created. It was a responsibility to him that their memories didn't perish. They were almost like children, always seeking him for answers. But the question is, what will happen if he didn't have the answers? What would they think of him? Through history, there has been entire countries that have defected to the other side because they viewed them with either stronger tactics, military power, leadership, or have more benifets to gain.

His thoughts were disrupted when noticed the boy was looking at him, as if he had something to ask but was afraid what might happen if he stepped out of line. He smiled and turned towards him.

"There is no need to be afraid. Speak your mind."

He continued to figit. Then seeming to brave, he asked.

"Is, is that gold?"

Daimen frowned. Then relised he was referring to his armor plating.

"Ah, the color is gold. However, the metal is not. Gold could easily break when going against enemies with strong attack power. So it contains an arrangment of alloys to allow stronger defense and easier movement. Of course I could have just used the strongest materials to create a near impenetrable defense. But not only would it be too time consuming to produce. But the penalty stats are in no way beneficial unless you have classes that can be suited towards it. So I have made this set out of metals such as Orichalcum and Rosantium to allow easier movement. The penalty stats are low so-"

And he lost them. The expression showing had just turned into confusion as they tried to understand his words. This gave Daimen some insight into the new world. Either the metals he mentioned are not of this world, or that they are extremely rare. This news was neither benificial or harmful towards Daimen. But he still had to be cautious. Just because those metals don't exist doesn't mean that common metals were weaker. It could also mean that the common metal could be a hundred times stronger than theirs.

He quickly coughed "er, that's how it is."

A sudden question struck through his mind. He should have asked this before, but right now seemed to be the perfect time.

"So, may I ask? Why were you running from that-" he nodded to the remains of the wolf, "-thing?"

"After entering the forest, we stumbled into its territory and, well, as you can see." The boy trailed off.

"Why were you in the forest then?"

The boys face froze at the question. "That is-"

And just like that, The boys face broke. Days worth of pent up emotions suddenly emerged. Erupting into a fountain of tears.

No one seemed to know what to do at the sudden outcome. Daimen didn't know what he did to cause this. Did he do something wrong?

He quickly glanced at Aequitas. However, it seemed he was busy instructing the custom made NPC's (Crusaders) that came with him through the portal earlier.

He needed to take action. Daimen got on to one knee and rested his hand on the boy's  trembling shoulders. Everyone seemed to be watching his every move, but he ignored it.

"It's ok. Now tell me, why were you in the forest?"

He softly asked
