"Gladion, I'm so-"

"Shut up", Gladion cut Hau off, with a threatening glare. It disappeared because the overprotective brother closed his eyes. "I swear to Arceus, if you even think about hurting Lillie.." Hau stomped childlishly on the ground, denying he would ever hurt her. Me and Lillie just watched them two fight.

"So will you come?", Lillie wanted to know, her face still straight to the two boys, but her eyes glanced at me. I nod my head with a smile. "Yes. Will Hau come too?" She nodded back and blushed slightly, responding quietly to my question. "Yes.. I'm gonna tell mother that I love him."

I put a hand on her shoulder, comforting her with stroking it. "Awesome! See you at the dinner?" - "Yes! Gladion, Hau, let's go!"

- Time Skip: The next morning -

I woke up the next morning and got ready immediatly. Since it's still early midday I got out and took a walk, calling out my Pokémon team out of their containers. They seemed to enjoy the fresh alolan wind and the sun shining onto the skin, as I did so too. I took a deep breath, once we arrived in Route 1's beach.

As I was looking at the waves, I heard some loud footsteps running behind me, so I turned around, facing the owner of it.
"Sun! What're you doing here?"

He put his hands on his knees, panting heavily from running here. When he got his breath back to normal, he straightened his position. "I just saw you guys having a walk, so I wanted to join you." He gave my team a friendly smile, but they instead just backed up a little and did a disgusted face. His jaw dropped. Yuudai let out a threatening cry and stood infront of me.

"Now now Yuudai!" I stroked its body and tried to calm them all down. "He's not dangerous!"

Sun sweatdropped. "I understand why they don't like me, since I've kidnapped you", he said, laughing awkwardly. "It's okay guys!", I told my team. They still seemed stubborn about him, so they all got an attack ready. Primarina cried, telling me to move out of the way probably. I shook my head and got infront of him.

"Just listen what I say! He's not dangerous anymore!", I explained them, my voiced raised. They all gave in and suddenly looked down in shame. I turned around to look at Sun. But he was staring at the ground instead, his cap was covering his face with its shadow. All of a sudden, he wrapped his arms around me and put his chin on my head. I startled a bit.

"Wha—"

All of my Pokémon started to growl at him and tried to pull me away from him, but he instead just tightened the grip around me. His heartbeat seemed to increase.

"Sorry (Name) and sorry to your loyal team", Sun apologized, mumbling. They all stopped what they were doing and stepped back a little. He was still hugging me and buried his face into the crook of my neck. My cheeks started to burn, as I tried to wiggle out of his embrace.

"I-I told you it was fine!", I explained him, still not out of his grip. I was struggeling. He let out a chuckle. "I just wanted to apologize personally and alone", he told me. I nodded and tried again, moving out of his embrace.

"Okay.. Can you let go of me now?" My cheeks were still burning, as my Pokémon team went silent, watching this scene. "Just for a minute. Please?"

I tensed up. To be honest, I felt wrong with hugging him and it seemed like it he really meant it. The apologize from yesterday did look like he was forced to, but now-

"(Name)?", another voice asked. My eyes widened in shock. It was Gladions.

I pushed Sun away from me, finally he released the grip from me, but he fell down on his butt. "S-Sorry!", I apologized to Sun, turning to Gladion who looked furious. I gulped and looked at my Pokémon for help, but they just shrugged.

"Oh if it isn't the Edgelord!", Sun said teasingly. Gladion looked at Sun, annoyed by his attendance and ignored calling him the Edgelord. Sun stood up from the ground and brushed off the dirt, while I called my team back into their Pokéballs.

The blonde walked up next to me and his bangs covered his face. I gasped, when he grabbed one of my hands. He walked away with me in silence, but before walking away further he turned back to look at Sun. His glare deepened.

"I told you, if you touch her I.." He suddenly tightened the grip. I looked at him with worry, as he gritted his teeth. "I won't hold back and make you my enemy." Sun clicked his tongue and placed one hand on his hip. "Well then. Let's compete! Who'll win (Name)s heart, is the winner."

"Ehh?!", I said, looking at Sun and Gladion. They made a glaring competition again. Gladion closed his eyes and turned around into the direction of my house.

"You moron. Her heart belongs to me already", he said, sounding very confident. I covered my face with my free hand, as I start blushing again.

Gladion then began walking away with me and it was incredibly silent. I was just too flustered to say anything and I think he doesn't want to talk now either. But when we stopped infront of my house, he looked at me, patting my head and turned around to leave. "See you later." He waved at me, but he didn't turn around.

"How does he even know, that I like him?", I mumbled for myself. I closed my eyes and placed a hand over my heart. "What was he doing here anyways?"

Finally updated, whew. In two weeks I have break again and I'll try to update as much as possible then! Hope you enjoyed this chapter, because I had no idea what to write.
