●~Chapter 26: Back to the Vortex~●

Before he died, Asriel made his way to me and gave me the necklace. He told me something about "reaching another dimension when needed" Honestly, I'm not sure what that meant..."

"Sans, go put on your necklace... we might be able to understand more if we visit him"

"I'm not sure what you mean by that but okay... I'll keep an eye socket out for ya just in case if he tries to rape you again."

"I am 97.5% sure that won't happen. Now go get your necklace."

Sans teleported to his room and teleported back with his necklace on. You then held your necklace and started calling Chara's name 3 times.

"Chara"

The first call made the objects around float as the ground shook.

"Chara"

The second call floated both you and Sans into the air. The object was placed backbit the ground shook harder.

"CHARA"

The final call took all oxygen away. Both of you were gasping for air as the vortex formed below you.
You both were sucked by the strong whirling of the vortex. Oxygen came back as you two hit the solid black ground.

Something was... different... the first time all of you saw Chara, he was in a black abyss of nothingness. But you arrive at a rather nice looking area...

There were trees, shops and houses. Vehicles were all present as well. There was a nice blue sky above us.

"Is this some kind of fake world...?"

A voice came from behind you saying "Sadly yes"

"Chara! How have you been?"

"I'm fine. I've been trying to tame the demon but it still makes me do weird things..."

"So that murderous genocidal run was that demon? I doubt it.." Sans Growled.

"Why did you make this... world?"

"Well... it made me feel like I was still alive... even though I can't make fake people..."

Chara then snapped his fingers and the world turn back into the black empty void it was.

"So... what brings you two here?"

"Were you perhaps... Struggling? Before we got here?"

"Sort of... but how would you know anything about I--"

You interrupted him "We had a nightmare of you getting overrun by the demon. You lost all control of your senses and went crazy..."

"-- I see.... look on the bright side! I'm fine!"

You then held the necklace and teleported back to the house. You picked up some milk tea bags and a hot water flask before teleporting back.

Chara and sans looked at you confused. "Hey chara... you remember when mom and dad made milk tea for us?"

"Yeah...."

"Well... I brought some for you! So you can drink when you feel like it!"

Chara's POV
My sister offered me some Milk Tea Bags. She also gave me a hot water flask.... she is so thoughtful.

I took it and smiled "Thank you so much! However...You guys should go now..."

I needed them to leave. The demon would take over soon.... it will be a while before I have full control of my body again...

They bid me farewell as I sat in the cold silence. I started shaking... it was freezing... then it appeared...

Your POV
"Well... at least we got to check if he is fine!"

"Mhm... you know when he was... alive... I was the judge of all the things he had done. He had to face me since he killed papyrus..."

"Wait... but papyrus told me you gave him something to not forget the timelines"

"I only gave that to him after the reset. Welp, I'm gonna go back to work now... see ya later kiddo"

Everything went back to normal. It felt like time stood still while you two were gone.
