Chapter Three

I knock on their door and Simon opens the door.
"Good afternoon (y/n)." He greeted and I went in.

"Good afternoon to you to Si." I said and put down my guitar by the couch. "So, what are we doing today?"

"Well, Dave is leaving later for Miami." Simon said sitting on the couch and watching whatever he was watching. I sat down and joined him.

"(Y/n) , good to see you." I heard Dave say from behind us. I sat up to turn.

"Good to see you too, Dave." I greeted once I've faced him. He was dragging a roller bag behind him as he then put it next to the door. "Wow, looks like someone's going to have a good weekend." I said with a smile. "Have you decided who you were bringing to Miami yet?" I asked.

"Yes actually I have. Me and Samantha are going to Miami together."

"Aww. That's sweet." I awwed. "What about the boys? Are you seriously just going to leave them on their own?"

"No. I couldn't risk that after last time. Mrs. Price will be checking on them every now and then so it should be fine." He said while putting in his shoes.

"Uh Dave. I think it's supposed to be us checking in her." Alvin said walking into the room and slumping onto the couch followed by Theodore.

"Don't worry guys. I'm still here." I said rubbing Theo's head.

"Yeah and Miles is staying too. So you guys could bond more." Dave added.

"Yeah-wait what?!" I said in shock. The munks with the same expression.

"Miles is staying with us?!" Simon asked in disbelief.

"Yeah it'll be nice for you guys. Especially since me and Samantha are getting more serious now , we thought that you could take this opportunity to get to know each other." He said.

"Dave, just so you know, Miles definition of 'bonding' would be to super glue us together." Alvin said almost pulling the fur out of his hair.

As soon as he finished his sentence, there was a knock on the door.

"Speak of the devil." I muttered which the munks heard and snickered slightly.

Dave opened the door revealing Samantha and Miles.

"Thanks for letting me stay at here while you and my mom go to Miami." Miles smiled.

"No problem. Mi casa su casa." Dave said.

"Gracias David. Es muy generoso de abrir su casa."

Thank you David. It's very generous of you to open you home.

"Wow, that's very impressive. I actually don't speak Spanish." He said.

"He said it's very generous of you to open your home. Hablar en español y no engañar a nadie con su rutina de buen muchacho." Simon said.

I speak Spanish. And your not going to fool anybody with your good boy routine

"Estoy engañado a todo el mundo. No tienen ni idea que voy a hacerte mi sirviente personal." Miles said.

I'm fooling everyone. They have no idea that I'm going to make you my personal servant

"Hacer lo que tú quieras pero deja fuera de este."

Do what you want but leave her out of this

"No se preocupe por ella."

Before they could continue, Dave said that they had to go so they grabbed their bags and we said our goodbyes and their left.

"Where's the super glue?" Miles said with a mischievous smile looking at the boys.
