Chapter 4: Our Manager Assistant

"Oi Kise, what are you doing here?", Aomine asked.

"I just came to drop by, but I think I'm going home now, she looks exhausted", Ryota smiled.

"Yeah, just go home, I'm tired".

Ryota wave his hand toward me, but he seems sad. "Mayoi, I want to talk", suddenly Aomine gaze me seriously. "Yes?". "Back then...at school, sorry for hugging you", he blushed.

I smiled, "It's okay, at least you didn't do that on purpose".

-Aomine P.O.V-

Her smile is the best, she really...my type. Wait, what? I shrugged.

"What is it Aomine?", she asked. "Nothing! It's just that...your house is...cool", I said. "I'm glad you like it, my father is the one who design it", she sipped her tea slowly.

"W-well I gotta go", I stuttered. "See you at school Aomine".

-Mana P.O.V (dawn)-

"Go away!!", I shouted. Oh...again, I had a bad dream, I swallowed my sleeping pills again. "It's a dream about Asano-kun again...", I murmured.

Asano-kun keep popping in my dream, I hate it.

"What should I do? What should I-"

My cellphone ringing, disturbing my thought. "Agh! Who is it!! It's still 4 A.M". Irritated, I picked up the phone.

"Mayoi, you're up early again", it's the red emperor, Akashi.

"What now?", I sighed.

"Can you come to my house later?", he asked,

"Why?", I tilted my head.

"I will punish you".

"That's not funny dude", I groaned.

"I'm serious", his hoarse voice scared me a bit.

"Whatever Akashi, just leave me alone", I snickered.

"You can't sleep, am I right?", he smirked.

"And what if I can't?", I fiddle my fingers in irritation.

He didn't answer. "Akashi, hey...Akashi...", my eyes feel heavy now. "Hm?". "Akashi, what do you want?", I yawned. He smirked, "I want nothing". "Then why did you call me?", I feel drowsy. "To make you sleep", he smiled.

"What are you...talking about...", I slowly close my eyes.

"Sleep, my Goddess", he whispered seductively.

-Mana P.O.V (at school)-

"Ohayou Mayoi-chan!", Momoi greet me. My eyes are red, I replied sleepily, "Ohayou...Momoi", I yawned. "There will be a morning practice, you'll come right?", Momoi asked

"Sure, why not?", I scratched my eyes. The GoM practice again, under Akashi supervision. Suddenly Ryota kneeling, he's holding his pain. "Ryota, what's wrong?", I approached him.

"Leg cramp!", he stuttered. I told him to stay still, I massage his leg. For some reason I feel lightheaded.

-Kise P.O.V-

It's strange...something bugs me. I grabbed her hand, she's...hot.

"Mayoicchi, you're burning", I stick my forehead to hers.

"Oh, is that true?", she panting heavily.

"Mana, you should get some rest", Tetsuya pat my back.

"I hate to say this but you need a rest", Midorima sighed.

Akashicchi kneeling, he put a wet towel on her forehead.

"Go to the nurse office, that's an order", Akashicchi exclaimed.

"But I want to stay here! I want to!!", she begged in annoyance. Minecchi ruffled her hair, "Don't worry about your work, you can take a breather for a while". "Sorry for troubling you...", she bowed. "Let's go Mayoicchi, I will accompany you to the nurse office", I smiled.

"Thank you Ryota", she smiled weakly. "Get well soon Mayoi-chan!", Momoicchi shouted. "Hope you feel better Mayoi-chin", Murasakibara gave her a lollipop...

She answered Murasakibaracchi. "Thank you...but I dislike sweets...".

Murasakibara sobbed. "Wa-wait! I-I like it, so d-don't cry!!", Mayoicchi panicked for a while.

-Mana P.O.V-

"No one here", Ryota examined the room. He put me on the bed and search for a medicine. Once he found it, he asked me to drink it. I drink the medicine Ryota gave me.

"Feel better?", he askes worriedly.

"Yes, a bit", unfortunately I lied.

"If you feel better, then join us after school okay?", he pat my head.

"I think about it", I replied expresionless.

"Get well soon", he unexpectedly kissed....kissed my forehead...

What's wrong with me Kami-sama...is it just me or my life soon will be reverse harem?

With that I fell asleep...

My cellphone ringing, there is a text message from Tetsuya. "If you need help, feel free asking us". I wonder if Akashi included in the 'us' thingy...

What am I doing thinking about Akashi? I shrugged it off, I went to the field. They still practice, I looked at my cellphone, the school already over, how long was I asleep...

"Mayoicchi!", Ryota ran and hugged me. "Ryota stop it...can't breath", I'm choked. "Oh eh...sorry", he blushed clumsily.

"Mayoi-chin, you're alright now?", Murasakibara ruffled my hair.

"A bit, I guess", I lied again.

"But still...I think you need a lot of rest, why don't you go home for now?", Tetsuya gaze me worriedly.

"N-no I'm fine, really", I fake smiling.

Suddenly I senses an intense glare from behind me, I turned around only to notice that Akashi glared at me. He whispered, "How many times have you lied and fake smiling?".

"That's none-". "None of my concern, yes yes I know", Akashi sighed. I sat next to Momoi, watching them play. "Ano...I think you're still sick Mayoi-chan", Momoi look concerned.

"Don't worry, I'm alright", I fake smiling AGAIN.

"Don't pretend to be strong", Akashi words haunted me ever since.

"Mayoicchi...let's go home", Ryota call snapped me back into reality. "Eh? I'm sorry", I pant. "Mayoicchi, don't force yourself", Ryota said gloomly.

Suddenly my vision went dark...I feel lightheaded....I fainted, I heard several people calling my name when suddenly I heard a hoarse voice, "I'll take her home".
