Chapter 11: Wavering Heart

Aomine glanced at me, something not feel right about it. Ryota led us to his room, next I wanted to fetch some snacks in Ryota kitchen, he told me (indirectly toward Murasakibara then Murasakibara told me) to fetch some snacks.

"Oii Mana, what you did last night...you kissed him, right?".

I turned around only to found Aomine fetching some snacks too. "Huh!? You see what-". "Yeah, I saw it from the beginning", he sulked.

-Flashback-

Ryota...he kissed...my lips.

Surprisingly I didn't struggle from him...I was too shocked to struggle. We pulled away slowly. He breathed heavily, "Manacchi...daisuki". "Ryota?", I asked. "Manacchi...I love you, I-". "Stop, that's enough", I pulled away from him.

He widened his eyes, "Ma-Manacchi!! I'm sorry! didn't mean to-". "Get away from me!", I pushed him, he fell on the street in pain. Then I ran to my room, shocked by what just happened...I burried my reddened face on the pillow.

-Mana P.O.V-

"It's a long story...but I never thought he would confess to me", I blushed. "Gah, everyone knows that Kise had a crush on you", Aomine sulked. "E-Everyone?", I stutered. "Yeah, he's just too easy to read. You're dense, aren't you?", he gaze at me.

"Why both you and Akashi said the same thing?", I complained.

"Because YOU ARE DENSE", he sulked.

"Hey stop that...I feel bad you know", I felt guilty.

"But that's true", he sulked. "Hey, are you done yet?", Tetsuya suddenly popped my next to me.

"Te-Tetsu!!", Aomine surprised.

"Oh, Tetsu. What is it?", I asked.

"What took you two so long? I'm starving", Tetsuya rubbing his belly. "Sorry...let's go back, Mana", Aomine said plainly.

-Aomine P.O.V-

Strangely there's an awkward silence, not even Kise, Akashi, nor Mana try to talk to each other. After a long stuy session, we decided to take a break. "Hey guys! Let's go play snake and ladder! How's that sound!?", Satsuki tried to break the silence. "Yeah! Let's go!", Kise pumped out.

"I'm not joining", Mana said plainly. "Me neither", I added. "Me too", Tetsu said. "I don't like snake and ladder, I want to play shogi", he snorted. And then they played on their own, while Akashi played his shogi board he carried.

-Mana P.O.V-

"Sheesh...I'm tired", I sulked. "So how do you feel about Kise-kun?", Tetsuya suddenly sat next to me.

"Tetsuya...well I don't know, I feel sort of happy somehow...", I blushed.

"Why?", he asked.

"I don't really know myself...actually I don't really know what love is", I scratched the back of my head nervously.

Tetsuya nodded. "Wait a minute how did you know about this?", -I asked.

"I saw you two kissed yesterday, so I thought you're dating", Tetsuya added.

"Geez...", I groaned.

"It's weird, isn't it?", Tetsuya looked at me. "Yes...there's no formula to know when love comes anyway", I blushed.

"...you sound like Akashi-kun", Tetsuya stared me blankly. "Is that a compliment or an insult?", I sighed.

-After study-

Everyone said goobye and left, when I'm about to leave, Ryota tapped ,my shoulder, "Can I talk to you for a sec?". I nodded nervously, S-sure, what is it?".

"I'm sorry about yesterday...I kissed you without a warning", his face reddened. "That's rude you know", I complained.

"And I want you to forget the things I said to you...yesterday", he frowned.

"Why?", I asked.

"Because I don't want you to get mad", he scratched his cheek nervously.

"What? No, it's alright...I'm not mad at you", I smiled.

"You're not?".

"Nope", I replied.

"I see!", Ryota face perplexed.

"It's just that...this is the first time someone confessed to me, I'm happy actually", I smiled sheepishly.

"Manacchi...", he leaned closer to me. "So will you be my girlfriend?

"But I-I". "Don't worry, you don't have to answer now", Ryota grinned.

"Stop that...it's embarrassing", my face blushed like tomato.

Suddenly Ryota peck my forehead, "it's a farewell gift from me".

"Agh!!! Ryota Kise just kissed me!!", my inner fan girl screamed.

"Cut it out", I blushed.

"Aw, you like it?", Ryota tease me.

"N-No!! Who do you think you are!?", I averted my gaze from him.

Ryota laughed.

"What am I going to do? About Ryota confession...he's nice and all...and he's kind...but I don't know, why is my heart wavering so much? I should've just accept him", I thought to myself.

Suddenly an image of Akashi flashed in my head.

"What am I doing thinking about Akashi!? Sheesh, this is weird...why am I thinking about Akashi at this time?".
