Chapter 9: Call

Our feet brought us to a beautiful park and now the both of us sitting next to each other in a swing.

We're laughing together.

"Then Jumin almost fell from the stairs after Zen pranked him."

I chuckled. "I bet all of you were really weird."

"Yeah... I prefer listening to music as always, but laughing and blending in with them.as well whenever were having fun."

I was swinging lightly and looking down at the ground smiling.

Levi hasn't replied yet...

I thought of him, it's been more than hours, maybe he's asleep lately since it's daytime here.

Timeskip: 8:00 PM

I had dinner with the other employees with Seven who sat across me. We had fun playing games that we forgot about the time.

So, it's already eight in the evening when I decided to relax in my unit. I wonder how Hanji, Levi and the others were doing. How was Eren and Mikasa?

I decided to open my laptop while sitting on my bed to look for some news on the feed. In the middle of my scrolling down, I saw a post of Armin.

It's a cute picture of him and Annie celebrating their 4th monthsary in a beautiful island.

Annie's hair is finally caught falling loosely in the pic and she wore a beautiful sundress. She's really pretty!

How am I proud with coconut head! He's got a girlfriend and finally my ship has sailed!

I commented on the post, congratulating them and the both of them replied their 'thanks'

I went back to scrolling when I heard my phone's notification ringtone.

Glancing at my phone, I saw a name I expected to reply lately.

From: Levi

Tch, brat. I just woke up. Goodluck with your work.

I laughed at how simple his message was but still made my day. I looked at the people whose online and saw his name. I chatted him.

Me: Heeey!

Just a second he replied.

Levi: What?

Me: How are you?

Levi: Fine.

Me: ...

Then after a minute of not replying.

Levi: Oi, brat. Why the hell you didn't replied?

He still hadn't realized.

Me: You're not asking me if I'm either fine or not. -,-

Levi: Tch, is that all?

Levi: So, how was your day?

I didn't replied instead I pushed the Video Call button. After a sec, he picked up. He's shirtless and probably literally just woke up!

I looked away with my cheeks appearing red. He is laying his chest on the bed while looking lazily on his laptop screen. I facepalmed closing my eyes! It's also my fault that I called him in wrong timing!

"Oi, (y/n). What the heck is your problem that you're covering your damn eyes." Levi asked sleepily.

Oh my god! His voice is hot when he's sleepy!
