Chapter 27

One of the two

Speaking of Crosshairs, I didn't see him anywhere. I quietly shifted my blanket and leaned forward.

And then I found him.

He was sprawled out on his back, surprisingly on the ground. Funny enough, I saw Drift’s foot on his chest.

I'm going to guess that Drift woke up partially in the middle of the night. And then he and Crosshairs got into a silent fight. From the looks of it, Drift won.

I giggled softly.

“What so funny cutie pie?”

I turned and saw Queen awake, smiling at me.

“Hiya Queen. Looks like Drift and Crosshairs had a small fight. Drift won.” I giggled quietly

Queen chuckled softly.

“Oddly, that's not fully surprising.” She said playfully

I giggled again and slid back.

“Wanna go get dressed?” Queen asked quietly, eyeing my pajamas.

“Yep.” I replied and sorta got up

Several minutes later, Queen finished helping me get together. I no longer had on my pajamas but instead a black graphic t-shirt, a light pair of jeans, and my normal indigo converse.

By the time we went back into the room, everyone else was up, this time including Drift, though minus Silver.

“Get your foot off me.” Crosshairs barked as he woke up

“Don't test me next time.” Drift snipped back sleepily as he moved his foot, and Crosshairs growled back

“Hiya Zoey. Hiya Queen’.” Soul’ said as Gadget saluted lightly at the two of us

“Hey Soulspark.” Queen said with a smile

“Hiya!” I chirped back with a wave with my non-cast hand

The next thing I know, everyone else was up and came in. Cade shut the door and locked it behind him.

“So what's the plan?” Ironhide questioned as he crossed his arms

“Well, first things first, we need to hit the road as soon as possible.” Soulspark pointed out

“So probably in the next thirty minutes or so,” Hound said

“”We have one minor problem though.” Ratchet then pointed out

“Which is?”

“We have a total of six humans, Silver, and a scout that I am not letting drive.” He then answered, shooting a pointed look at ‘Bee, who groaned

“So we have a bit of a space problem then.” Cade then said

“I have a fix for that.” Gadget then said with a mischievous smile before yawning

“Which would be what?” Crosshairs asked with a raised eyebrow

“I'll show ya.” He said before getting up

He then unlocked the door and made his way outside. Slowly everyone else followed, with Queen helping support ‘Bee.

“Looks like you're with me then.” Drift said with a slight smile as he got up

I giggled as he then lifted me up onto his shoulders and we headed out too. He quietly shut the door, letting Silver still sleep.

We then were out in the parking lot, near all of their alt’s.
