so this is how my day went:

biology was okay ish. I sucked at it so bad by megan helped me. a few kids said hi to me. next I had math. I sucked at that to. but hayley let me copy her. free period was quite good. josh had given me a small pack of Oreos and i shared them with my new friends. they got to know me more and I got to know them. I didn't say a word about josh though.

after that we had social studies which I really enjoyed and was luckily quite good at!! after that it was english which I also really enjoyed. I had to do a descriptive writing test and I got a B+ on it which I was really happy about. lunch was okay I guess. the food was alright but lots of people came to our table and asked me questions and it really made me nervous.

next we had physics which I really sucked at. hayley and megan were good at it though and helped me. after that we had music. I loved music but I'd never played an instrument before. "what sort of music do you like?" my teacher asks me. "I-i don't know" I actually didn't. I liked a mix of shit. "what artists do you like?" He asked. "Twenty one pilots, panic! at the disco, Dodie Clark, Melanie Martinez..." I trailed off. "Never heard of any of them" he chuckled. That was a relief.

"Right now I've paired people up to write a song and give it a tune. You can either join a three or work by yourself" He says. I asked to work with people and he put me with two people: a blonde called Ashley and her boyfriend who was called Matt. "Hey. I'm Ashley. And this is my boyfriend Matt" she said kindly. "Hi. I'm Mariah" I replied. "How's your day been?" Matt asked me. "Good thanks" I felt quite confident.

I helped them a bit with the chorus and then it was the end of the day. Everyone ran out the room and while I walked shyly. Megan and Hayley found me and we walked out together. "Who did Franklin pair you with?" Hayley asked. "Ashley and Matt" I replied. "What!?" They both yelled. I jumped. "Ashley and Matt..." they both looked at each other. "Tomorrow" They day together before they ran away.

I raised my eyebrows then realised I didn't know where I was. I was lost. Fuck. I went down some stairs and headed to some doors. Back exit. Shit. I went across the hall and left and right. Dead end. I went back and went left and across. I found another set of stairs and went down. Gym. I ran back up and then up another flight. This school was big. I went right then left. Nothing. I bursted into tears. I cried when I was frustrated.

"Mariah!? There you are" I cocked my head and wiped my eyes. I turn around and saw Josh. "What are you doing?" He asks me. "Finding my way out of this...middle school monstrosity!" I exclaim. "I've been looking for you for 15 minuets" he says. "I've been trying to get it for 15 minuets?" I furrowed my eye brows. "Yes! But I found you sooo...that means we can go home"

We made it home and I threw my things on my bed and dropped onto the floor. I was tired as fuck. And had a ton of homework. "Having fun?" My door was open. "Yes" i yawned. "Need some help?" He asks. "I like the floor" I replied. "Aren't you hungry?" My stomach growled. "I'm lazy" I rolled over. "Oh well I guess I'll cancel the pizza-" I got on my knees and crawled to the door. "You were saying?"

I had one slice before I went back upstairs to do my homework. I didn't feel like eating. I felt sad and empty. I couldn't ignore it. I had gotten a bit of homework that I had to do. I tried to ignore the thoughts. But I felt so upset. And I didn't know why. I hate feeling this way.
