Unforgettable

LEXAS POV

After we cleaned everything up we decided to hang out at our house and just messed around.

"So you guys are coming to the opening game tonight right?" I asked looking around at everyone

"Lexa we wouldn't miss it," Clarke said smiling at me. I smiled at her and Anya rolled her eyes

"Ok lovebirds kiss already" I stuck my tongue out at Anya

"You first" She shrugged and looked at Raven. They smiled at each other and actually kissed "Wow I underestimated you"

"Yes you did now your turn" I looked over at Clarke who turned a bright shade of red blushing hard.

It felt good knowing I could make her blush and I mean of course I would love to kiss Clarke but this wasn't how I wanted it to happen

"Ill pass but." I turned to Clarke "Would you want to go on a date with me?"

She laughed a little "Took you long enough and of course" I had the biggest dorky smile on my face. She said YES! 

The rest of them cheered and kept saying Clexa. I guess I did like Clexa after all. 

"Next time we hang out in bringing Lincoln," Octavia said

"LEXA COME ON" Anya screamed after I won31 for the third time.

Everyone left and Anya and I decided to play cards. My first game of the soccer season was tonight against Flo Kru.

An easy team to beat might I add

"Sorry, Anya I'm just too good for you" I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and pulled it out. It was from an unknown number 

Unknown- Revenge is sweeter than honey. Isn't that funny?

Me- Excuse me but who is this?

Unknown- You know me. Rember Lexie?

I glanced over at Anya who was confused on what was happing. The name Lexi only two people ever called me that. Anya and my dad. 

I particularly shot up throwing my phone across the room. My life was finally turning around this cant be happing! I broke I burst into to tears

"Hey hey, Lex its ok" Anyas arms were aound me trying to calm me down. I cried into her shoulder until her phone rang.

"Lex Ill be right back ok'' I nodded weakly and sat down burring my head in my hands.

Anya walked back into the room a couple minutes later with a concerned look on her face. She picked up my now slightly shattered phone and sat next to me.

"Lexa he's back," she said. I leaned into her trying to maintain myself. I opened my phone to the texts and showed Anya.

"Lexa its ok I'm not gonna let him touch you."

--FLASHBACK--

Its been only a few months with my mom and Aden being gone and I was already miserable. Every day I wore Aden's dog tags he had. It was his 6th birthday present from me

They had his name and birthday engraved on it.  He loved the military so it seemed like the perfect gift. I vowed that I would always keep them to remind me of him and they gave me strength to push on for him

And strength was the one thing I needed right now. I had already come out to my sister but I had to tell my dad. I couldn't hide it any longer.

I slowly crept down the stairs over to where he was sitting. There were 3 empty beer bottles on the ground. This, however, wasn't unusual he was always drunk nowadays.

Anya followed me down the stairs and waited in the door frame to see what would happen. I walked over to him and tapped him on the shoulder

"What Lexie" he said in a hoarse voice

"I um" I stuttered I couldn't form the words

"Damn it Lexie spit it out!" He said

I took a deep breath and looked at him in the eyes "I like girls dad"

His expression grew stern and cold and he shot up from his chair. "YOU WHAT! I WILL NOT HAVE SOME DAUGHTER THAT LIKES GIRLS" He slapped me hard across the face and I fell to the floor already begging to lose consciousness.

"STAND UP" he roared. I couldn't I was too dizzy I could barely see "YOU ARE NOT MY DAUGHTER AND YOU NEVER WILL BE" He slapped me again harder. Tears were streaming down my face. 

"YOU ARE NOTHING TO ME!" He punched my arm with so much force it broke on impact. I yelled out in pain. 

The monster stood above me and kicked me in the stomach. I couldn't breathe I tried to but I couldn't I coughed and coughed still not being able to catch my breath.

I heard my dad shouting at me but It was muffled. My ears were ringing and the last thing I saw before blacking out was Anya at my side trying to help me up but being shoved away but Alexander.

He doesn't deserve the title dad anymore.

--END OF FLASHBACK--

We sat on the floor together for what seemed like hours until Anya broke the silence

"Lex you have your first soccer game in 30 minutes do you still wanna play?" she asked in a soft voice 

I nodded and grabbed my bag. She smiled at me "Lex your so brave don't let anyone tell you differently". I gave her a weak smile and walked to the car.

My mind was racing and the only thing that could calm it right now was Clarke
