Chapter Six - Roller Coaster

We all walked to the parking lot and walked to a huge jeep; ah of course, makes sense. He told us to throw out bag in the beg along with theirs then we got in; well I had to get Brody to help me up first, then we were off. It was quiet at first until Gabriel put on some music, which led us into conversation finally. Brody stayed quiet so he was kinda like 'the elephant in the room' but started to join in our conversations after a bit. It felt nice to actually have fun with our roommates, especially when we started out kinda...rocky.

Soon the beach was in sight, and not long after we were sitting on a few towels getting set up. Brody took off his shirt and I almost melted; it's been so long since I've seen him! Gabriel and Tyler took off their shirts after, and let me tell you, those three together was like being in ab heaven. Great now I feel insecure...why can't I look like that?! Why do I have to be short? Why can't I have muscles? This isn't fair! I crossed my arms and pouted like a child; I'm just going to sit here all day then and admire the scenery. "I'm heading in the water, you guys coming?" Tyler asked, I had to refrain from looking further down than his neck; that guy has a damn nice chest. Not as nice as Brody's though, his is perfect.

"Sure why not, Briley you coming?" Brody asked, holding out his hand for me. Nooo! I'll look weird next to your guys...I shook my head.

"No I...I'm going to try to tan." Stupid. Stupid, Stupid. "...and listen to music." Ha, I'm smart. As if I'd just you know...try to get a tan. I don't even tan, I burn and I wouldn't look good with one. I could tell Brody didn't believe me but he shrugged and told me to be careful; cause I could get gang raped at a beach or something, cause that shit happens every day apparently.

With one earplug in my ear and Asking Alexandria blasting, I watched the people around me cause I'm a creeper. There were girls guys drool over, guys girls drool over, the shit disturbers and two kids by me making a pretty epic sandcastle. They kinda reminded me of Brody and Zoey; she was really young and had a little tutu looking bathing suit and he looked about eight with -very mature looking- plaid swim trunks. Psh, lucky kid. I was always put in power rangers shorts or stupid kid cartoon ones.

As the time past, the two kids made the freaking best sandcastle ever; it had three levels and a moat and everything. Even a flag. Kudos to these kids, I could barely make one tower. I looked over at Brody, Gabriel and Tyler who were walking out of the water; I should've brought a camcorder...err to take a video of the sea. Heh. I shook my head; I'm so dumb sometimes. Brody does look really hot though, with his hair all wet and glistening abs in the sunlight...I almost started to drool but crying stopped me short. I looked over at the kids; the girl was crying, more like wailing, because some other stupid kid kicked the castle down. Aw hell no! I stood up and stomped over, not even thinking of the consequences, and sized the kid up. He looked about nine or ten and was about half a foot shorter. That's pathetic...sigh. What the hell is a ten year old smashing some kids epic sandcastle for? Grow up!

"Eh kid! What do you think you're doing?" Time to put on the 'mature guy' mask. He looked over at me and snorted, the little boy was tending to his sister; I crossed my arms wanting an answer.

"What's it look like asshole?" The kid crossed his arms and sneered.

"Now see he...wait. Did you just call me an asshole?"

"Duh." ...kids these days are getting worse and worse...I didn't swear until I was like...thirteen. I sighed; alright well might as well try this, though it probably won't work.

"How old are you? Ten?"

"Like hell I'd tell you."

"Riiight." Little fucker. "Do you think it's cool to knock down some little kids sandcastle? Is it really that much fun to look down on someone defenseless and a hell of a lot smaller than you? I mean dude, come on, it's a freaking sandcastle." I spun my finger around indicating how much 'fun' it was. This kids going to end up like Adam, I just know it.
