"Erin!!!" Like 20 people all yelled and cheered as we walked in the door.
"Damn girl! You've grown! I've missed seeing you 'round and stuff!" A large boy, probably 6' 5", approached me. "Shit, i remember when you were this tall!" He put his hand only inches off the ground. I guess it was supposed to represent me as a baby.
"Hey Erin, well be right back." Matt whispered in my ear before disappearing into a crowd of people.
I looked around the room, so many people, and i only recognized a few.
My heart nearly stopped when i saw him.
"ZACH!!" I yelled and took off running to the other side of the room. He turned his head in confusion, but then smiled when he saw me.
"AIR!!!!" He put his hands out and i jumped into his arms hugging him tightly. "Fuck! i've missed you!!"
He smelled like home, and too much like Will.
Zach was Will's roommate, and best friend since they were 6.
"You want a...fuck wait, your only like 12."
"Fifteen" i corrected. His eyes got wide.
"Stop growing up on me!!" He hugged my head and spun us side to side. i let out a slight giggle.
The two of us left the crowded living room and walked into the kitchen.
"How'd you get here?" He asked, pouring himself a drink.
"My friend Shawn and my boyfriend basically kidnap-" i played with my hair around my finger.
"WAIT!!" he interrupted me. "THE ERIN GRIER HAS A BOYFRIEND!?" he said way too loud. "WHERE IS HE" He set his drink down, but then picked it back up. "probably not the best idea." we laughed.
Zach took my hand and zig zagged through the dancing crowed as we searched for Matt and Shawn.
"Where is he?" Zach yelled over the music.
We walked into another room and there they were, playing pool with some other boys.
Im sad to admit I'm relived they weren't doing anything bad.
"WHO HERE IS NAMES MATT!!" Zach yelled, spilling his drink slightly.
Everyone looked up and i laughed. Matt smirked at me and walked over to us. Not even acknowledging Zach's presence, Matt wrapped his arms around my waist and pressed his lips against mine.
"WHOAA!!" i could hear Zach yelled, then his hands were separating the two of us. "Don't kiss my girlfriend." Zach pulled my head into his arms.
Matt starred at him with confusion, jealousy, and anger. I could see it in his eyes.
"He's joking." i mouthed to him, relief flushed over his face.
"Hey dude, Im Zach." Zach stuck his hand out for Matt to shake, releasing me from his arm.
"Hey im Matt." Matt awkwardly shook his hand.
Matt and Zach went into conversation, I walked over to Shawn who was bending over the pool table with 4 other guys surrounding him.
"You look like you're going to get ass raped." i joked, crossing my arms over my chest.
Shawn softly chuckled and hit the ball with the stick thingy, the balls went all over the table, some going into the pockets.
"Nicee." A tall guy said, patting Shawn on the back.
"Im going to the bathroom" Shawn said before running out of the room, probably so he could get back before his next turn.
