"And I suppose you owe him an apology Mr. Smart ass." She continued looking...no glaring at me. Oh yeah...that. I walk towards Cameron, "Sorry dude. I was rude with you the other day." I apologized genuinely. He smiled and clapped my shoulder lightly. "It's alright, Ashton. At that time, you didn't know that she," He pointed at Aubrey, "Was mine." He finished.
AUBREY
Damn him! He was right. I did owe him, so for a while I could try not to be so hard on him. Key word: try. I sent Rose to bathe and change. While we four settled down In the living room downstairs. "So, how are you going to tell Teresa about all this?" Kayla asked. She sat beside me on the sofa while Cam and Ashton were across from us. "I think we should let Rose explain it to her." Cam suggested. Rose has a right to explain things to Teresa, she has lived with her for years, although she was not her biological mother but she loved her like one. I agreed with Cameron.
"I can't leave her here, of course Rose will tell her everything but I refuse to go back to Stanverse without her." I said. I know I was being selfish but I could not live without my sister any longer. Teresa should come with her if she wanted but I was not leaving Rose this time. "I think let's keep that decision to Teresa. Maybe she'll come with Rose if you take her with you or there is a possibility she'll take you in."Cameron said, I did not think of that possibility.

"I'm really very nervous." Said Rose. It was about time Teresa came home and we face her. Ashton was still there calming Rose. I sent Kayla and Cam home, while I was thinking of how to convince her to let Rose come back with me. The door bell rang and we all tensed up. "You're going to be fine, just relax okay? I'm gonna open the door let her in, and once she's comfortable I'll tell her about me. Till then you stay with Ashton in your room." I said to her giving her a quick hug before she made her way to the room with Ashton.
"Hey." I said opening the door to reveal mu-Teresa. She smiled and kissed my cheek. "How have you been, sweetie?" she asked coming in. taking off her coat, she sat on the sofa and I offered her a glass of water. She gladly took it. "Good. And you?" "Great. Just a little tired." She said after drinking water. "I'll go freshen up then let's have dinner." She said, "I have something to tell you." Biting my lip I played with my fingers. "What is it, honey?"
"You get changed first, it can wait." I told her smiling. She smoothes my hair then goes to her room.
"Come in. I'm done." She called when I knocked on her door, I turned the knob and entered her room. She was sitting on her bed tying her hair in a braid. She smiled when she looked at me, and I found myself smiling back despite of the feeling I had in the pit of my stomach about breaking the news to her. "Mum i....I mean Teresa. I'm not who you think I am." I said quickly not even thinking, great start Aubrey. Well done! Now she'll think you've gone nuts. She looked at me confused, like I was talking nonsense. Of course she would, way to start. Aubrey..
"Honey, are you okay? What are you saying?" she finally spoke after a long time of silence. I sighed heavily. "I'm not Rose, I'm Aubrey Wilson, her twin sister. I know you didn't know the girl you adopted was not alone and had a sister. You're probably wondering where I was all those years, and why did I turn up here now, so to answer your question. We had a fire incident at the orphanage and I thought she died in it, I didn't knew she was adopted. But my friend saw her here in Cynthrane a few months ago, and I immediately rushed to get her, but unfortunately me and Rose happened to be in an accident in which we were, you know exchanged; and to add bonus I didn't have any memories of my past life so I couldn't tell you then that I was not Rose. So now when I finally got my memories back here I am telling you my part of the story." I said all so fast that I doubt she fully understood what I was trying to tell her.
Saying she was surprised was an understatement. She looked horrified. Poor woman, I know that feeling. She stood up, "If...If I believe that you're not Rose, then where is she? Where's my daughter?" Her voice shaking, she was on the verge to cry. "She's my sister first, then your daughter, Teresa." I said, taking her hand in mine and lead her outside the room, "I'll show you." I told her pulling her to the room I lived in the past few months. I knocked on the door, a silent warning that we were there.
After a while I heard Ashton's voice, "Come in." I opened the door and Teresa quickly went inside without waiting for me to tell her that Rose was in there. "Mom..." I heard Rose' voice before I entered the room.
I went to Rose and stood beside her, so she knows that I was there with her. Teresa looked at us surprised, not moving, not saying anything, I gesture Rose to go to her, she took a step forward, "Mom it's me, Rose." She said holding out her hand to her. Teresa stumbled and Ashton rushed to her holding her arm; she looked pale, her eyes flickering to me then to Rose. It was not long when she fell...well about to fall when Ashton and Rose caught her.
What do you think happened? You're probably thinking right, Teresa Maxwell fainted when she saw us together for the first time.
