"At the top, at the top, at the top of the world I feel my gem is shining," Lapis Lazuli snorted a laugh as she lightly bumped into Y/n, "I'm alive and I am free so look at me!"

"You gotta see it to believe it," Y/n sighed in relief as they smiled, looking out at the beautiful view of the Earth, mountains breaking through the clouds, snow covering the land

"And believe me I've seen it, the frontier of the upper atmosphere," Lapis Lazuli laughed

"A wonder to behold it," Y/n smiled

"A story yet untold it's up here," Lapis Lazuli sang

"Up here," Y/n echoed

"I'll go out on a limb!" Lapis Lazuli said as she stood up from the branch and walked forward, her arms out to balance herself, "Walk a tight rope wire for the highest height! Yes I'll risk it all!"

"Give me a barrel!" Y/n laughed as they stood up carefully and joined Lapis Lazuli on the precarious branch

"Guess who'll find a waterfall!" Lapis Lazuli chuckled as she raised her hand up and brought a ball of water over Y/n's head and little it drizzle down

I'm alive and I am free so look at me at the TOP of the world!" Y/n and Lapis Lazuli laughed as she grabbed Y/n into a hug, gently flying them back to the tallest branch

"So, were Steven and I right?" Lapis Lazuli asked

"You were right," Y/n admitted, "This is great,"

"I think so too," Lapis Lazuli laughed as she moved herself so that she sat across from Y/n on the branch

"So, you climb trees often?" Y/n asked with a smirk

"Only sometimes," Lapis Lazuli said, "It's... weird to do it without flying,"

"I bet," Y/n laughed

"Yeah, Peridot was going on about how humans did things menially... So I figured I'd give it a try. I kind of like it,"

"Heh, so you like human things now?" Y/n asked

"I... I think so," Lapis Lazuli laughed, "I mean, I like music, chocolate, Camp Pining Hearts, Crime Boys, holding hands, hugs," Lapis Lazuli smiled as she leaned forward and grabbed Y/n's hands

"Heh, well, I'm glad you like 'em too," Y/n laughed as they bent their head forward, placing their forehead against Lapis Lazuli's forehead

"Peridot was telling me about a few other things," Lapis Lazuli told as she moved her hands out so that they were fully extended like a "t", still holding hands with Y/n.

Lapis Lazuli laughed a bit as she moved her head forward and pressed her lips into Y/n's, moving her hands back down to her and Y/n's sides, "That," Lapis Lazuli told as she parted gently, keeping her forehead on Y/n's

"Hmm," Y/n blushed bright red, but trying to maintain their composure still, "W-Well, you're definitely had a better first try than Peridot,"
