'Wow, I can understand why she requested an assistant now..' Scoping the surroundings, you noticed how the RED base was a bit messier than you expected it to be, hell it looked as if they cleaned only once a month. Lost in your thoughts of what the others would be like, you failed to notice that Miss Pauling had dragged you into the meeting room and was now trying to get your attention. "My apologies, I got distracted." Pinching the bridge of her nose, she took a deep breath. "Fine, thats fine. I just need you here mentally and psychically with me now ok?" Keeping your face emotionless, you nodded intenly, hoping to reassure your boss. "Perfect. To make this quick, I'm going to introduce you to them and them to you, and then I have to go take care of something. Once I'm done I'll come back, sound good?" Another nod. "Good, be ready because it's time to start." Just as she said that, the men started entering the area, each with a different looking persona.

You and Miss Pauling stood at the front of the room, waiting for the mercenaries to find a place and give you both their attention. You refused to look at any of them until Miss Pauling would speak, feeling like you'd embarrassed yourself for some unknown reason. A sea of chatter started up between the men, eventually having to be silenced by the woman in purple. "Now, gentlemen, this is my assistant, (Y/n) (L/n). She is here to keep track of all of you while I'm busy with other fun..tasks." Finally looking up, you scanned over all the unknown men in the room, a few of them meeting your gaze, which you instantly looked away from. Miss Pauling began to point towards the others with their names and jobs, each of which you found dangerous every time. "And that's it. I'll be back in a few hours, ok (Y/n)? Great! Good luck!" She rushed, almost speeding out the doorway before looking at her watch and notepad.

With your eyes still lingering on the ajar door, a familiar arm wrapped around your shoulder, turning you around to face the newly introduced colleagues. "Welcome to da team, sorta, buddy! You're gonna love it here. We've got enough beer for everyone!" Slyly removing his arm, you put some distance between yourself and them. "Thank you. I will do the best I can to make sure your team is taken care of." From your words came different reactions; some shrugging, some worried, some intrigued. A foreign sound came behind you, little puffs of smoke entering your sight. "And vhat kind of 'taking care of us' do zou mean, fille?" The 'Spy' pressed, a switchblade knife in hand and a dark look on his face painting him as a threatening character.

Carefully backing away from him, you defensively put your hands in front of your chest. "I apologize, I did not mean for it to appear as threatening." Your answer seemed to please him of some kind, allowing him to put away his weapon and soften up his look. Sticking his hand out, he stared you down. "No worries fille, I vas just checking to make sure zou vere not an enemy spy." Cautiously grabbing his hand, you politely shook it, a look of peace on his face.

"She just met us and jou vere already villing to stab zhe poor girl, I vould say zhat I'm surprised, but I'm really not." Medic commented, raising an eyebrow to Spy's actions. Groaning from his unneeded judgement, Spy walked over to the table, plopping himself down as he lit a cigarette. "It vas only precaution, imbécile." Rolling crystal blue orbs, the doctor walked over to you. "Don't mind zhe Spy, he tends to have stick up his ass on a daily basis." You could tell that the Medic was smirking even when he was blank faced. Instead of snapping back, the frenchman ignored his snide remark and continued to help himself to his cigar.

"Pardon me, but I must get more info from all of you; orders from the Administrator and Miss Pauling." You said, tilting your head to the side and smiling. "Ugh, I rather not." The smoker grunted, and you expected nothing less from a Spy. "Fair enough for you Spy, I won't ask you for anything, but everyone else I would like to interview." Letting a warm smile on your lips, you pulled out a notebook. "Who would like to go first?"
