"You know dad? No one would expect this from you, to trick a school so your daughter can go in," I told him. He just chuckled.

CURRENT TIME

"Ashleigh Summers, you may come in," I heard the principal say. I walked in ignoring the smiling secretary. Once I walked in, I tried to remember every inch of the room I would be spending most of my time here a school.

"I never would expect this from you, why would cause a fight in the parking lot? This is your first day! Not even an hour has passed since you were here yet you somehow managed to get in the principal's office. So, why would you punch another student?" he asked me so I answered.

"Well, I guess because it is my first day and I have troubles with my emotions and I act before I think, I'm sorry," I said in the most polite why I could muster.

"It's okay, since it's your first day here, I am got going to let you go, but remember, this only time, you better behave," he told me with a smile indicating that I could go now.

"Thank you," I said and left.

"Ms. summers, this is Kale, he is going to be your tour guide for the day, if you have any questions, you can ask him or come back here and ask me," she said and handed me a folder, " this holds a student guide, a map and your schedule, have a nice day," she said. Kale started to walk to the door so I followed.

"So your Ashleigh Summers, Tom's younger brother, you know, Tom was two grades ahead of his class, and your the only one to achieve getting detention on the first day," he smirked.

"I never got detention actually.. I was let off," I said. I turned to him and pretty much did a double take because when I first saw him I only saw his glasses before I decided my folders needed my attention.

He had brown hair that was a mess, and green eyes that were like...hm, oh like that green kinda candy I once had! It tasted so good!

"Why are you staring at me like that?" he asked me so I just blurted out a statement.

"You know, your eyes remind of this type of candy I once had, hmmm if I knew the name, so I can go buy it again," I said staring off into the wall now.

"Oh? Well I never heard that before," he chuckled, so he must be the popular person.

"My schedule says I have science first class, where's that?" I asked him looking at my schedule.

"I have to show you around the school, so your first period is excused, however your second period is the one you have to go to," he told me.

"So in other words, it's the class I have to miss," I said under my breath, but since he was right beside he just had to hear it.

"I'm going to make sure you go to the class, I kinda have to," he gave me a polite smile.

"Cool," I replied obviously not caring. We turned a corner and I saw a pair of double doors.

"That's the cafeteria," he said opening the doors, I walked in and just looked around, then when I saw a row of six vending machines I headed straight for them.

"Ashleigh?" he called after me.

"Just getting chocolate or something to eat that's all," I replied not look towards him. Once I reached my destination I noticed one of the machines had orange, and the other and skittles, some dug in my pockets and put in a dollar for skittles, and a dollar and fifty cents for orange juice.

"Okay, now if you get caught eating those in the hallway, they will be taken away," he warned me.

"Then I'll just go and stock up to annoy the teachers," I replied. He chuckled.
