"We're finishing your tour, and don't worry. The teachers won't suspect anything, they've been talking about you." You lightly hinted at his mentioning, trudging up the stairs. He nodded quickly, and you explained the Voltron Public Highschool basics as you walked side-to-side to the band room.

"The school works with four halls; A, B, C, and D. A and C are the bottom and top floors on the right side of the building, B and D on the left. Band is in C..." You tangented, and he multitasked taking mental notes whilst also listening to you tangent. You were so passionate about the school and the people within it, it made him blush.

"..-And here we are! Classroom C9, Band and Orchestra!" You added a pair of mini jazz-hands to add some affect, and he let out an oh-so heavenly chuckle. You blushed and stopped to admire him, causing him to cease his giggles and blush as well. You both stood in front of the door awkwardly before opening it slowly and allowing him inside.

"...Do you play any instruments? Banjo, perhaps?" You teased, trying to cut the thickening tension as you mimicked an old man hopping along whilst playing the small, stringed tool.

"The harpsichord, the piano, the cello, and the harp." He listed, as if it were a simple weekly shopping list. You let out a deep exhale and spoke out of pure interest;

"Were those required courses at Galra Charter?" You asked genuinely, leaning backwards against Mr. Thace's desk. You didn't know him that well since you didn't take his classes, but he was labeled as the one who would show up, hungover or sick, because he was out of vacation days.

"I could only wish they taught music, for I took private courses. I still take piano every Thursday though, I mastered the others. Say, would you tag yourself as a smart individual?" He replied, sitting down at the Grand Piano and running his hands over the cover. It was the only thing keeping him from showing his passion, but he bit his lip in undecidedness at if he should or not.

"I'm many things. Can you really master an instrument, though? There's too much to learn about something before you can really say you know it." You added your two cents, and he nodded thoughtfully.

"Well said, I'll have to keep that in mind. Wise you are, Y/N." He complimented, beginning to fidget with the lid.

"Wow, that's mature.... you know, you can play it if you want," you assured him, and he looked up at you with thankfulness and a handsome smile than shone brighter than your future. "I'd love to hear you play, and the room is sound-proof in case you mess up."

"That's too bad, I haven't made a mistake in two and a half years." He joked, and you moved from the desk to the glossy, black instrument. After lifting the cover slightly and running his clawed violet fingers over the ivory keys, he looked up and patted the space next to him on the bench.

"Know anything off of the top of your head?" You asked as you sat next to him, folding your hands awkwardly in your lap. He smiled at your curiosity and leaned down at you, your noses almost touching.

"I know many things, Miss L/N. ...You're a {Favorite Band} sort of girl, aren't you? {Favorite Song by said Band}?" He asked, and you looked up at him in awe as you both forgot about your previous question..

"How do you know? Am I that cliché?!" You questioned, so offended that your voice threatened to crack. He chuckled his beautiful chuckle once lore, then shook his head "no".
