Don't Make A Sound (Laughing Jack X Reader)

Chapter Sixteen

     Something snapped and I let go. All that energy and that rage went away. I looked and saw that I no longer had the claws and sharp teeth. My ears weren't there anymore. I looked at Laughing Jack and then at the bloody mess I made.

      "You did good on your first attack. You should be pleased by what you did," my voice said. I sighed as I then looked back at Laughing Jack.

     'Well, what am I going to do now?' I think to myself.

     "You need to place your hand on his head and mouth the words 'Rumpitur incantatores' while closing your eyes. You need to focus on him being able to move again," my other voice stated. I'm taken back a little by this.

     'Will this work?' I think to myself.

     "Yes, it will work. You'll be able to undo the spell," my voice replies. I am still a little confused by this. I mean, if my voice knew how to undo spells and stuff, why did they wait so long?

     'Why haven't you told me how to do spells before?' I think to myself, asking my voice.

     "Well, it was your mother that wanted to keep it secret, and her parents before that, and their parents before that. I was suppose to keep it a secret and keep it away from you, so I did. I kept it away from you, all up until now. Now that you know, I can help you," the voice states. I give a small nod as I then walk over to Laughing Jack.

     I place my hand on his head as I close my eyes. I then mouth the words 'Rumpitur incantatores' while thinking about him able to move again. I think about it some more as I can feel something being lifted off of him.

      I open my eyes and then step back. I watch as he stands up. He smiles down at me as he then gives me a hug.

     "I don't know how you did it, but honestly I don't care. I've missed you. Jane's missed- shit!" Laughing Jack let's go of me as he then continues yelling, "We need to get Jane and then get out of here!"

     He grabbed my bloody hand and then lead me out of there. We were now in a bigger part with a lot of people and creatures in it. Finding Jane was going to be hard.

     "Jane! JANE!" Laughing Jack yelled. I followed behind him so I wouldn't lose him. I clutched onto his arm and didn't let go.

     "Jane!" he continued to yell, "Jane!"

     "What do you want?" We heard a voice ask behind us. We both turned around and then noticed it was Jane... eating a slice of pizza.

      "(Y/N) gets kidnapped and you're eating pizza?! Where'd you even get it?" Laughing Jack asked. Jane looked at Laughing Jack, then at me. Her eyes got big.

     "Nevermind that! What the fuck happened to (Y/N)?" She asked.

     "We'll talk about that later, let's get out of here so (Y/N) will be safe," Laughing Jack replied as he grabbed Jane's arm, causing her to drop the slice of pizza.

     "My pizza," she groaned.

     "Don't worry about it, let's go," Laughing Jack demanded. We all went through this tunnel. I couldn't see much of anything, so I grabbed on to Laughing Jack tighter, trying not to lose him.

     Once we made it outside, it was freezing. I didn't have my shirt on so I was completely frozen. Although it was cold, I watched the snow fall to the ground. The scenery was beautiful.

     "You kids made it out alive," Slenderman stated, sounding a little surprised. He came out from the woods nearby. He was so tall, I could've mistaken him for another tree.
