"No" Jeno spoke coldly and was about to end the call but Jaemin's weak voice stopped him.

"Please NoJam..help me!"

Jeno widened his eyes and his hands began shaking.

NoJam..

That's what Nana called me..

"Where are you?" the older asked in a serious tone.

"Uhm...lemme think for a sec..I think it's called 'Black Pearl'...come! I swear I'm going to be raped by a random dude" Jaemin said desperately.

"Wait there and don't move..I'm coming to get you"
Jaemin released a few hiccups and ended the call.

Suddenly, a rough hand creeped on his thigh.He turned around and glared but when he saw the dude his breath hitched.
He clenched his fist and swung it...but since he was too drunk, he failed at hitting the rapist in front of him.

"Let's have some fun,shall we?"

"Move your ass you hoe" Jaemin warned as he got dizzier.

His hand stroked Jaemin's abdomen.The boy frowned and tried to hit him again but the other caught his wrist just in time.

"You're really hot-"

"Get your crusty hands off" Jeno's eyes darkened as he approached the scene.

"Who are you, little boy? Wanna join?-"

Annoyed with his attitude, Jeno punched him.

"Goodnight loser" he kicked him again before leaving with a dizzy Jaemin on his shoulder.

Once they were outside, the older asked

"I thought you were tough..Why didn't you fight back?"

"You know I'm hella drunk, right? How am I supposed to fight back in this state?" Jaemin retorted coldly as he punched Jeno's back.

"Why did you get drunk in the first place?" Jeno questioned in a cold tone as he adjusted his grip on Jaemin's waist.

"I won't answer" Jaemin mumbled.

After a moment of silence, the older noticed that Jaemin fell asleep.

He brought the younger to his house.

After ringing the bell a few times, Jaemin's mom opened the door with a worried expression on her face.

"Jeno! What happened to Jaemin?" She let the black haired boy enter.

"He got drunk" Jeno sighed and laid Jaemin on the couch.

"Dear lord.." she massaged her temples and sat down beside the two boys.

"I want to ask you something, Mrs.Na" Jeno looked at her with a blank face.

"Go ahead sweetie" she urged

"What happened to Jaemin? He's not the same..he's always causing trouble"

"I guess I have to tell you.." she sighed and looked at her sleeping son with a sympathetic glint in her eyes.

"Ever since he was a little kid, the doctor told me that he will never be a normal boy..He has an alter ego that appears whenever he feels strong emotions.Sadness,happiness,anger, love...That's why he always keeps a blank attitude.He doesn't want his other side to take control over his body.Usually, his alter ego disappears after a few minutes but now...It seems like he got stronger.." she wiped her tears.

Jeno tried to process everything he was told.

All this time...he had to deal with this all by himself...not being able to laugh, to cry, to love..to be a normal person..

"This is..horrible.." Jeno sobbed in his hands as Jaemin's mom tried to comfort him.

Little did they know that Jaemin was stuck in his own body..
