"Later" he whispers back.
"What are you two talking about?" Lucy asks confused.
"Nothing sweetie, let's go to the couch and watch a film?" I ask.
"Yeah!!!" She runs to the living room.
"You sure you don't need help?" I ask.
"Yeah, go and relax honey"
"Love you" I kiss his lips and I go to the living room. I sit down on the couch, next to Lucy.
"So what do you wanna watch?"
"Um...." She thinks "Annabelle!"
"No Lucy, you can't watch horror films!"
"But mummy it is about a doll..."
"No Lucy"
"But why mummy?" She asks sad. Awww my little baby... I pick her up, putting her on my lap.
"Because then you will have bad nightmares. Do you want that?" She shakes her head "Then let's watch a happy film?"
"Like what?"
"Hum.... What about Garfield?"
"YESSS!!!" She yells, and I giggle.
"Ok then, Garfield it is!" And while I put it on, Myles comes in with popcorn.
"Popcorn!!! Daddy I love popcorn!"
He laughs "I know Lulu, that's why I made them" He sits down with Lucy on his lap. I sit down next to them, leaning on Myles.
We watch the film and when it ends, Myles says "It's late, let's go to bed"
"No daddy I don't wanna go to sleep already!"
"Lucy, time for bed. You know the rules." I say serious and she doesn't complain anymore. I turn all the lights off, and we climb up the stairs. We head towards Lucy's bedroom. She puts her pijama on after brushing her teeth. Then we put her on the bed.
"Good night Lucy" I say kissing her cheek "Have sweet dreams"
"Good night Lulu" Myles whispers kissing her forehead "We love you very much, ok?"
"Love you too daddy and mummy, love very muuuuch!!!!" She opens her arms showing how much she loves us. Awe 💖.
"Bye Lulu" We say turning off the light and leaving the door half open. We go to our bedroom and I turn the TV on because it's too early for us to go to sleep.
"You want to brush your teeth first?" I ask. (We have a bathroom inside our room, so...)
"No, you can go first" he says. I brush my teeth and go back to the room. I take my pijama off the closet and drink some water from a bottle that was on my bedside table. I take my jeans off and then I take my top off. All of a sudden, I feel someone wrapping their arms around my waist, kissing my shoulder and then my neck. I close my eyes at how good it feels. I put my hands on his.
"Are you too tired babycakes?" He asks leaning his chin on my shoulder.
"Yeah, but I think a few kisses wouldn't hurt.... But no" I put my pijama on and lean on my pillow.
"You sure?" He starts smirking and the he tickles me.
"Hahaha Myles stop! Haha" I giggle trying to pull away with my foot.
Then I see Lucy entering our room. We immediately pull away, and I ask "What's wrong sweetie?"
"Mummy I can't sleep... I heard something under my bed..." She says saddly.
"Oh, sweetie, come here with mummy" I get up and hold her tiny hand. We enter her bedroom. I put her in bed again "Lulu, there's nothing under your bed, it's your imagination believe me" I cover her with the blankets and rub her forehead softly. "C'mon Lucy, tomorrow will be an important day, you will start with your dance classes" I stay there humming until she's asleep. I go back to my bedroom.
"Is she asleep?" Myles asks.
"Yep..." I say "So where were we?" I ask smirking, and getting on top of him. He holds my waist, and I start kissing him. He's already without shirt/jeans. He takes my top off. I put my hands again on his abs and kiss his lips, while he takes my pijama shorts off. We roll and he kisses my body, which makes me giggle. We take our underwear off. I think you know what came next 🙄....

No one's P.O.V.
Lucy wakes up at the noise of something under her bed, again. This time, she's more scared because it's darker. She runs off to her parents' bedroom and opens the door. They are sleeping. Briar's back is against Myles' chest and his right arm is around her waist. They're only wearing underwear.
Lucy wakes her mum up. Briar turns her bedside table lamp on, and looks at her daughter confused.
"Lucy, sweetie, what happened?"
"Mummy, there's something under my bed, I heard it!"
"Lucy, are you sure you weren't dreaming?"
"Yes mummy! Can I sleep with you?"
"I do Lulu, look why don't we go to your bedroom, and I check under you bed?"
"Yes mummy please" I pick her up and I put her down on her bed. I check under the bed, and.......
"Hahaha look who's here Lucy! It's Honey!" I pick Honey up and put him beside Lucy.
"So he was the monster?" Lucy asks hugging her cat.
Lulu is her nickname
"Yep, it was him who was making noise!"
"So there isn't any monster?"
"No, you can go back to sleep" I smile rubbing her cheek softly.
"Thanks mummy, love you"
"Love you too Lulu" I say kissing her cheek "Good night".
I leave her bedroom, and go back to mine. I see Myles is awake.
"What happened with Lucy?" He asks.
"Honey was under her bed making noise so she thought it was a monster"
"Oh ok" he starts smirking.
"What?" I ask.
"Nothing, it's just....You look extremely hot in your underwear".
I roll my eyes and lay next to him. I sigh due to be tired. My back is against Myles again and I feel his arms around me. He kisses my shoulder and whispers "Good night Lil'B, love you"
I smile "Love you too Mylo" and I put my hands on his. I fall asleep feeling the luckiest girl alive.
