Unreal creepy reality.

Chapter 6: Ben and Shadow

¤Well you're no fun. :'(  Ha, so how are you? Ace hasn't been responding.

                     I nodded, taking a thoughtful note on how to respond. Then I replied.

-A little bit good, and a little bit bad. We lost someone close, but I'd rather explain in person.

                      He took a moment, taking in what I had said, before another reply appeared in the form of a question.

¤Where are you right now? I mean your texting me, but be specific.

                      I laughed before sending a response to lighten the mood.

-What if I don't want too?

                      He teased me back, by sending something sarcastic.

¤Ha ha! Very funny, you cracking me up! Seriously where?

                       I laughed, then gave him the answer he wanted.

-Witches Circle, you know that place is safe. However I could meet you just outside if you prefer. That's up to you.

                       I sat there for a minute or 2 before he responded.

¤I'll meet you there, just stand back.

                       I sighed, putting my phone down, allowing Ben room to get out of my phone, with out either one of us getting hurt. In less than a minute, he came out of my phone, picking it up, and floating over to me. "Here ya go, now what's up?" Ben said, handing back my phone.

                       I smiled, then said,"It's a lot...do you want me to start with the good or, the bad news first?"

                      Ben seemed to tense up, as I asked that question. "Considering Jeff saw Ace and Wilder on the path, and come here, sorta...let's get the bad news out if the way."

                      My eyes widened, but instead of asking him about that, I just regained composure. I took a deep breath, then said,"Ace was called by Conor yesterday, and he felt really scared. He didn't go to work, and so when she went to find him...tonight. She found his corpse. Conor's dead..."

                       "W-what?!" he asked, in complete shock.

                     Ben, and Conor had bonded to the point of being like brothers. So his reaction was justified, but what came next was a shock to me too. "N-n-no. NONONONONONONONONO!" he cried, I saw the child he use to be when he drowned.

                    Tears streamed down his face, and he became the same little kid he told me about when we first met. I found myself breaking down too, both Harmony, and Melody broke apart. I couldn't tell you what happened from that point, as all of my emotions were clear, but in 2 different people...

BEN's P.O.V.

                   I broke. I hadn't anticipated Conor's death. It brought back memories of dying. Drowning to death, with no one to help me. I was in pain, so I blacked out, my form jumping back and, forth, crying for that not to be true. It wasn't until I felt 2 sets of arms circle around me. I looked up seeing Shadow was gone, and on either side of me was Harmony, and Melody. "We know, we miss him too," Melody said tears streaming down her face.

                   "The person who took him away was a piece of shit, who deserves to die. We wish we could make them take it back," Harmony said crying, her anger sounded more powerful with the demonic tone.
