Chapter 6: Initiation

Y/n was then launched into the sky and Goodwitch started the broadcast which appeared on every screen and scroll in Beacon which gained the attention of all the students

A certain team watched the initation on their scrolls

Ruby: Hey, aren't they the ones that saved us in the forest?!

Yang: Yeah!

Blake: Let's keep watching

Y/n pov

I was falling in the air, looking around I saw a large rock wall. Pulling out my Kukri I stabbed into it and started sliding down, Kukri slowing the descent. Once I landed on the ground I made my way toward the ruins

On the way I encountered a pot of Grimm, but I killed them before they could react. Then, in a little clearing I saw a chess piece. I went toward it and grabbed it

Y/n: *Thoughts* This must be the artifact

*BANG*

I heard shots coming from the location of the ruins. Connor must be dealing with some Grimm. Knowing that he can take care of himself I took my time getting there

Cayde pov

We watched as the car parked outside opened its soor and a familiar boy walked out of it

Cayde: *Thoughts* Grey?

The bell rung which signified the end of the day. Almost everybody ran out to see Grey. Once everybody was outside they surrounded the car and Grey asking him questions like "Where did you get the car?", "How much did this cost?". One girl went up to Grey and smiled seductively

Thot: Hey nice ride, mind if I join you for some "Fun"?

Grey just looked at her and lightly shoved her face away

Grey: Begone

The girl went back into the crowd and then they started their questions again. They kept asking questions until Frank and his lackeys came by and approached Grey

Frank: Hey bud, you mind if we hop in?

Frank held out his hand waiting for Grey to somewhat do a handshake. Instead Grey just looked at the crowd ignoring Frank

Grey: Has anybody seen a boy named Cayde?

Frank: Why would you care about that loser?

Thot: Yeah?

Grey then looked at Frank, then towards the crowd

Grey: He's my brother

Everyone looked shocked, they didn't expect someone that good looking to be my brother. Technically he isn't my brother, but what happened all those years ago, I wouldn't call him anything else

Everyone looked at me which also gave a hint to where I was, prompting Grey to smile and call out to me

Grey: Hey! Bro! Let's go, we got to find the others as well

I then walked up to Grey and pulled him away from the car and crowd

Cayde: I need to talk to you

Once we were far enough I started talking to him

Cayde: Ok, 3 questions
1. Why are you here?
2. How do you know where the others are?
3. Where did you get the car?

Grey: Well to answer 1, I may have almost killed my entire tribe
