Arriving at his objective, Qichen happily smiled,” If I tell you to directly get close to them it will be a bit hard for you since they are elders so why not getting along with me first?”

Qichen patiently explained,” You are currently feeling like an outsider right? So if you get along with one of us then slowly integrate yourself inside of our family then it will be much easier and natural. Therefore, I'm the best choice that you could have since you can speak frankly with me.”

Staying silent for a while the youth finally responded,” So I only need to get along with you, right?”

“Of course, during these two weeks that they are not here, we will try to spend more time together and when they come back both of us can be said to have already familiarized with each other. Seeing you get along with me, the two of them will know that they can get along with you too.”

After listening to a bunch of explanation Shi Shen could only reply ‘oh’ thereby he has already agreed with Qichen’s proposal.

Meanwhile, He Tian was shaking his head and commented,” He should be prohibited from staying close to children.”

As for Shi Shen, he gave no comment.

Finally reaching an agreement, a dazzling smile immediately blossomed on Qichen’s handsome face then he gleefully said,” Okay then...First of all, finish all of your food. All.Of.It.”

Glancing at his bowl, Shi Shen quietly sighed since this body was used to receiving a small amount of food thus eating more than what he usually ate was a bit challenging.

Still, Shi Shen obediently picked up his chopstick and began eating.

Seeing how obedient the boy was, the smile on Qichen’s face deepened as he praised,” What a good little brother!”

Shi Shen was caught off guard that he choked on his rice.

Qichen became panic as he quickly gave the boy his glass of water in which Shi Shen immediately grabbed that glass to drink without checking whose glass was this.

Qichen also got up wanting to pat his back but he remembered that the boy didn't like to be touched so he stopped himself and only told him to drink slowly.
