"That wuzz' a great flight, wazn't it? I mean it was so quick." She slurred drunkenly as she attempted to put on her heels but to no avail it kept slipping from her grasp.
"I've never seen you...this thirsty." Cisco commented, looking at the empty bottle in Nora's hand.
"Oh really? Well it's not like I've never been thirsty before." Caitlin continued to slur as she held onto Nora so she could put on her heels properly.
"Since college," Cisco muttered to himself. Cisco decided to zip his mouth when the short brunette shot her a dirty look.
"C'mon let's rock and roll!" Caitlin exclaimed drunkenly and went strutting inside the hotel. Cisco just sighed and followed his old friend.
"I am in such major trouble here." Nora muttered to herself as she trailed behind her mother and uncle, wondering what her sister's reaction would be if she met their inebriated mother.
As the Snow's checked in, Iris & Co. were walking around the hotel. Her father, fiancé, stepdaughter-to-be, sort of brother-in-law to be, who she thought was going to be her maid, and dog listened to her babble about how she wanted her wedding to be this and how she wanted her wedding to be that. Jocelyn was about to drop dead from boredom when Sammy suddenly pulled on his leash and dragged her behind him. Felicity followed the two in worry and Oliver took off after them both as Barry hung onto every word Iris uttered.
"I'm just saying, I know it's short notice, but if they can do it, I think it would be a brilliant room for the wedding, not too big, not too cramped. Not that I don't like the idea of getting married at the house, I do but this could be amazing." Iris blabbered and stopped to face Barry and fix his collar she smiled up at him and he smiled down on her as Joe watched on.
"So I've already checked us in – why don't we go upstairs, freshen up and then rendezvous for lunch?" she asked her father sweetly. Joe nodded and kissed his daughter's cheek.
"See you in ten," he said and then walked off. As he left, Iris intertwined her fingers with Barry and looked at him with a mischievous glint in her eyes.
"Sweetheart, now that we're here. Why don't we go and check on the Honeymoon Suite?" she asked, wiggling her eyebrows suggestively – or at least she tried to.
"I bet it is to die for..." she cooed and ran a hand down Barry's arm making him grin adorably as he wrapped an arm around her and held her close.
Nora arrived at the front desk and started talking with the receptionist about the reservation made in the name Snow while Cisco tried to peel Caitlin off a luggage cart she insisted on riding on. He loved Caitlin but she was such a handful when she was drunk. They finally made their way to the front desk just as Nora got their room keys when Caitlin bit her lower lip in excitement and started ringing the little bell.
"Mom, are you going to be okay?" Nora asked, gently prying her mother's fingers from the bell.
"I'm perfect darling. Have we landed yet?" Caitlin slurred and Nora laid her head on the counter as Cisco gave her a sympathetic look and dragged his friend to the elevator. Caitlin half-leant on him and even tripped on her way there. Nora followed with an aghast look praying that her mother would sober up before the big meet. Just as the elevator doors were about to slide shut, Caitlin bodily threw herself between them and stumbled out of the elevator.
"Forgot my purse." She exclaimed excitedly and made her way back to the front desk without managing to fall.
"C'mon. Sammy." Felicity, Oliver and Jocelyn were trying to calm the eager dog who sniffed its master's scent. Sammy barked excitedly and Nora turned to see her dog while Cisco turned too and gasped when the Golden Retriever broke free of its leash and jumped over a luggage cart in order to reach Nora.
