~Epilogue~

Her long blonde hair was untied and laying messily on her pillow, her red hearts were now pinkish and her lips still as pink as ever...

She was sweaty though and no longer in her butterfly form...

She had de-transformed once my hand made contact with her face when I was about to carry her to the medical ward.

I sighed as my hand caressed her cheek and I saw her react a little...

Leaning slightly into the touch...

My heart warmed up at the sight and I couldn't help but smile warmly at the sight...

'I love this girl....'

But soon my smile turned into a frown.

'I love this girl.... but she's not waking up.'

My tires eyes soon got blurry and I shook my head.

'Don't be weak in front of her!' My thoughts yelled as I quickly held in my tears.

'You've already cried three times! How more pathetic can you be??? Star needs you to be strong for her right now!'

My thumb once again caressed her soft pale cheek as I took in a deep breath.

"Come back.... I need to marry you before you can go!" I muttered, my eyebrows furrowing and my heart aching.

It was nighttime and a cold breeze came in from the window...

"This is so stupid..."

I muttered, getting up and walking toward the widow, shivering slightly.

I looked up at the starry night sky with sad eyes as my eyes landed on one particular star...

*DING*

A shooting star quickly went by in a flash...

'I remember....... Star and I made wishes during a meteor shower when I first asked her to marry me..... I wonder if-'

I looked back at her....

'If I Wish Upon A Star....... No.... that's stupid. It won't work....'

*DING*

Another one came by and my eyes lit up with hope...

'But maybe.... maybe it will work.'

I watched the sky intently but still no sign of one...

And as I was about to give up another one went by and I gasped and closed my eyes.

'Please...... Please..... My only wish is for Star to wake up and be well and alive. My only wish is to marry the girl of my dreams. I want to marry Star! I love her.'

I opened my brown eyes and looked at her bedside...
