Transformers! Bumblebee x Reader

Chapter 10

"Can you tech me the stars?" I ask as I point to the now night sky. 

"Yes, I will teach you all you need to know." I throw my arms into the air happily. Sam and Mikaela watch me in amusement as well. They were laying against the tree and watching the stars. Bumblebee joined us, as I was prancing around happily. Once I notice him I turn to my side and show him my leg. Bumblebee's optics widen as he makes surprised whirs. 

"Cool, right?" I ask. He reaches his hand up to touch my leg slowly. Once his hand is close enough he stops as if he's afraid it'll hurt. I reach one for one of his digits and place it on my leg. Note that Optimus is still holding me in his hand. Bumblebee makes more whirs. I smile at his sounds. Optimus lowers me gently to the ground, when Bee is done poking my leg. Optimus, Ratchet and Ironhide walk over for privacy, so they can talk. I expected Bee to join them, but he didn't. He stayed by me. Sam and Mikaela paid us no mind as they were making out again. 

"Y/n." Bee asks.

"Yeah?" I respond giving him my full attention.

"Will you be my spark mate?" I tilt my head with a smile. 'Is he asking me to be his girlfriend?' 

"Yes." He lowers himself so we can kiss, I put my hands to his faceplate. That's when there is this blue electricity that spreads to Bee and I. It doesn't hurt us, but I realize Bee is getting smaller and smaller. He's still a Transformer, but he's getting more... human sized? I pull away and gape as Bee stands before me. He was still inhumanly taller than me, but just by a few. Optimus and the rest of the Autobots along with Sam and Mikaela surround us. 

"How did this happen?" Optimus and Ratchet stare at us intently. 

"Y/n, your tattoo!" Sam says as he points to my glowing tattoo. 

"It was flashing before." That's when it clicked. My leg hurt when Bee kissed me the first time. It burned. Bee looks to me and then at his size. He slowly starts to grow back to normal size. As a test I place my hands on his chest. He slowly begins to shrink back. I pull away and he begins to grow. 

"Huh?" I say keeping my hands on Bee. 

"It seems you were meant to be together." Ratchet says absent-mindedly. We all stare at him, hoping he would have a more valid answer besides saying that.

"I didn't know, this could happen? I thought kissing was as close as I would get? How would we-"

"Mate?" Ironhide finishes. My face flushes red as I cast my gaze downward in embarrassment. Bee chuckles at my reaction as he places his hands on my waist, I grow more flustered and place my head in the corner of his helm.

"That would be the same as you humans would, but the bond you 2 share, could give you more gifts." 

"Gifts? What do you mean?" I say as I look over to Ratchet. Optimus shifts his weight unsure of how to explain this to me or how mating with Bee would give me gifts. It's like there creator was watching over us. Optimus deciding not to say anything turned away along with Ironhide and Ratchet. Sam and Mikaela also decided to leave. My eyes widen 'Seriously!! You can't do that to me!! There will be no leaving me on a cliffhanger like that!!'

"Hey! Wait!" I pull my hands away and go to chase after Optimus and the rest, but I feel Bumblebee's digits wrap around my wrist. I stop and turn my attention to him. 

"Bee?" I look at him with a worried expression as I come closer. His optics dart everywhere except me. 

"Come...with me." I barely have a chance to protest as he yanks me away. He lets go of me so he can grow back to his true form and transform. Once he is back in his Camaro form he opens the driver door for me so I can slide in. I trust Bee enough to know that he won't hurt me, so I let him take me wherever. I tried to strike up a conversation to ask where we were going, but he just gave me a happy whir. I ended up falling asleep after that.
