Maybe I am

An Idea

"Yup." Jihyo said as she walked back into the kitchen to start setting out breakfast.

"Isn't it the 5th time already?" Momo asked following her to the kitchen and carrying out the pots to set on the table.

"6th actually" Jihyo replied setting out nine plates out of habit and then sighing before removing two. "You have been up for long?" she asked to fill the silence.

"About an hour." Momo replied taking a seat at the table. "Mina and Chaeyoung?" she asked gesturing at the two empty spots on the table.

"Yeah." Jihyo mumbled shaking her head a worried little frown on her forhead.

Another click of the door, the one beside Nayeons, and out walked Tzuyu her face set in an unreadable expression. Momo stood and walked to the kitchen counter proceeding to pour a cup of coffee from the coffee machine. She walked up to the girl still standing near the door and put it in her hands. Tzuyu mumbled a barely audible thanks before taking a huge gulp of it.

"Morning guys!" Sana chirped as she came out from Tzuyu's room and back hugged the silent girl. The girl just grumbled something inaudible as she walked and dragged the clinging girl to the other free bathroom.

"Did Sana just come out of Tzuyu's room?" Momo asked frowning a little.

Jihyo put back the extra plates saying, "Uh-huh." she sat down at the table taking out her phone to check some things.

"What was she even - " Momo started asking as she seated herself on the chair facing Jihyo. Jihyo looked back at her raising one brow cutting her off before she could even finish the question. "Nope never mind." Momo continued quickly as her imagination ran wild. She didn't need to know.

The sound of the bathroom door opening brought a welcome distraction for Momo as she turned around to see Nayeon walk out, her face bare. Which was a really rare sight honestly.

"Good morning." she nearly squealed smiling brightly at the two girls.

Momo smiled back and wished her a good morning in return before saying, "Jeongyeon."

Nayeon waved her hand in dismissal, "I got it." she said as she walked straight to Momo's room.

Jihyo looked up from her phone wincing slightly as she lifted a finger, "1.."

"2..."Momo continued with the nearly identical wince accompanied by a small smirk.

"3!" both said in unison.

"Nayeon-ah!" Jeongyeon shouted from her room.

The two girls sighed before Jihyo got up to pour a cup of coffee. Nayeon walked out of the room grinning ear to ear. "She is up." she said cheerfully before going to Jihyo who was holding out a cup of coffee. "Thanks." she said before taking the cup to Jeongyeon.

The two girls both stared at the now closed door, both wondering as always about how Nayeon wakes up the group's heaviest and crankiest sleeper ever.

"I dont want to know." Momo said aloud as she turned her gaze away from the closed door.

"Nope. Me neither." Jihyo said turning away too.

After a few minutes of comfortable silence Tzuyu walked out of the bathroom followed by a skipping Sana. Tzuyu went into her room while a humming Sana went to her own room, the one facing Tzuyus.

The dorm slowly filled with sounds as each person started going about their daily morning routines. Dahyun was the last to wake up as usual, and the first to finish getting ready, again as per usual.

"Why do they always take so much time?" Dahyun whined as she seated herself on the right side of Momo putting her head on her shoulder.

Jihyo just shrugged in answer going back to reading an article on sky diving. It was giving her some ideas.

"And it hurt like hell Jeongyeon. I swear these furnitures have something against me." Nayeon was saying as she dragged a silent slightly frowning Jeongyeon to the table.

"You did it again?" Dahyun asked lifting her head from Momo's shoulder to look at the 2yeon couple seated on the left of Jihyo.

Nayeon frowned and pouted as she said, "They hate me." looking at the sofa near the bathroom accusingly.

"Its been a week since we rearranged unnie. I thought by now you would have memorised the new route." Sana said as she came out of her room and sat on the left side of Momo.

"I am almost there." Nayeon replied looking at the sofa in determination.

"Dont tell me, you did it again?" Tzuyu asked as she walked out of her room and sat beside Sana, who then proceeded to hold her hand and interlock their fingers before keeping it on her lap.

"Yup." Jeongyeon said, talking for the first time that morning, with a frown still on her face. "I think i should move it a bit out of the way before the bunny here loses one of her toes."

"Yah. Come on. I have only hit it like what? 2 or 3 times-" Nayeon started saying before six voice said in unison-

"6 times."

- and she shut up pouting slightly.

"I am going to figure it out soon." she mumbled, her words barely comprehensible.

"Yeah sure bun." Jeongyeon said ruffling her hair earning a whine in return as she tried to settle it again quickly.

The others scoffed at the nickname and started eating the food thanking Jihyo for it. Jihyo just waved it away and waited until after Jeongyeon had taken the last bite before saying, "So about the game." This brought all attention to her and she continued, "I have been reading a lot of articles on sky diving and its not really so dangerous." The others opened their mouth to protest but shut it when Jihyo held up a hand to stop them. "As long as proper procedures are practiced and followed."

The others nodded, they had already been informed so by the manager.

"But our Chaeyoungie doesn't have such practice." Dahyun said a worried frown on her face.

Tzuyu piped up then, "Actually she does. She actually told me once that she was trained for it when she was younger. Though if I remember right she said its been years since she last did it."

The others tried to soak in that info, feeling relief that maybe it wasn't so dangerous.

"But Mina doesn't." Momo said bitiing her lip in worry. And so the other members forgot their sense of relief again.

After a few seconds of silence Jihyo sighed. "I know."  she said as she straightened her back. Putting her elbows on the table she clasped her hands together. "Which is why i came up with an idea."

The others looked at her waiting for her to continue.

"The company is going to let our gym trainor handle her training since he has some experience." Jihyo continued and saw the others frown. "I know you dont trust his expertise, and neither do I." she assured them.

"So what are we gonna do about it?" Sana asked creasing her brows as she thought hard. Nobody could overthrow the companys decisions, which was why they were in this situation in the first place.

"We are going to choose and hire our own trainer." Tzuyu said finally getting Jihyo's line of thinking. Jihyo banged her hand on the table pointing at Tzuyu and smiling brightly.

Sana frowned in thought for a while before asking, "But what about our gym trainor?"

At this Nayeon gave off an almost evil smirk exchanging a look with Dahyun, who started to smile in understanding too. The two said at the same time,

"Leave that to us."

and then proceeded to laugh a little evilly.

The others at the table gulped in fear, shivering a little.

"God help the trainor." Jeongyeon mumbled while the others agreed and sent up their prayers too.
