"Suck it up. You didn't have to try so much. We already chose the ones we want from the first five tastings, but you kept going,"
"Shut up," I mumbled as I shoved a strawberry macaroon into my mouth.
Martha took a seat across from us and I sat up straight.
"Okay, so you chose your food. So now we're going to talk about the theme for your wedding,"
Adrien slung his arm over my shoulder and I leaned into him.
I remembered the words of my mother.
"The Wedding Planner knows nothing of this being an arranged marriage, so you and Adrien have to make it look like you're madly in love,"
"Won't she tell anyone?" I asked.
Mom shook her head.
"She won't and she can't. She knows the consequences of disobeying higher authority,"
I nodded.
I shook my head, trying to get rid of those thoughts.
"What colour theme do you want for youd wedding?"
"Black and something," Adrien and I replied in unison.
We turned to each other in shock and Martha grinned as she stared at us from across the table.
"You guys are so cute," She cooed and I blushed and used my hair to hide my face.
I could practically feel Adrien's grin.
"I don't think black is a good colour for a wedding," She commented as she took something out of her bag.
"These are some colours you can choose from," She placed it in front of us.
Boy is this going to cause some argument.
In the end, we chose blue and silver.
Adrien sat with me in the bakery as I waited for my chauffeur.
The bell dinged as my chauffeur stepped into the bakery.
"Are you ready, your Highness?" He inquired.
"I'll be right out, William,"
He bowed and left.
"So I'm going now," I shoved my hands into my hoodie pockets.
We were ordered to dress casually and to hide our faces, so both me and Adrien wore hoodies and jeans.
Adrien bent down to my level and closed the distance between as his lips met mine. I responded almost immediately as my fingers ran through his blond hair.
Pulling away because of the lack of oxygen, Adrien smiled sheepishly at me.
"Will you go on a date with me on Friday?"
I almost fainted on the spot when the words passed his lips.
"S-sure," I stuttered. Why am I stuttering?
"Awesome," He grinned.
He then pulled his hoodie over his head and I copied his actions.
We walked out of the bakery, after bidding farewell to the staff, and Adrien walked me to the pitch black Mercedes.
I got in and he smiled before he walked over to his sports car.
He then drove off and William started the car.
"So you and the Prince..." He trailed off and I turned beet red.
"Shut up, Will,"
I could practically feel his smirk.
"Okay, Princess," He said as he drove off.
