What Happens After The Phone Call (It Started With A Phone Call Sequel)

Chapter Three

           I chuckled at her worrying. "Yes you're aloud. I told everyone that you might be here early and they all want to see you," I explained. "Especially me!" Michael said excitedly.

           "In that case I'll be there. It won't take me too long to eat. If anything Mr. Edwards can just wait for a bit, right?" Sky asked.

           "Right!" Michael answered for me. He was extremely excited after I told him that Sky was pregnant. "Everyone in the meeting room," the vice principal called out.

           "That's my cue to leave. See you later, Sky. I love you," I said into the phone.

           "I love you too," She answered before I hit the end button and went into the room.

           Being shocked would be the understatement of the year. When I went into the room I expected to see the three students and their parents with them. Sophia's parents weren't with her, but instead Brittany was.

           "Hello Mr. Phillips. It's been a while," she purred as she pulled her shirt down even lower. This feels like a repeat of when I was her teacher except for the fact that her hair was even lighter than before and so were her really fake blue contacts.

           "Hello Brittany," I said to not be rude. After taking a seat the principal stood up.

           "We have something very serious to discuss about Miss Justice and these two young men today..."

~Sky's P.O.V~

           After finishing my pasta plate I paid the bill and went to the washroom. Only four months pregnant and I'm already peeing like crazy.

           I made my way to my car and put my purse down on the passengers seat. 'It's going to be weird seeing Brittany's sister. I wonder if they look alike,' I thought to myself as I adjusted the mirrors on the car.

           After a twelve-minute ride I arrived in the schools parking lot. I checked my watch and saw that it was almost five o'clock. "I may be too late," I said to myself as I got out of the car. I didn't see Dan outside so I made my way to the front of the school. The only difference I took in was that the doors were painted a different colour. The rest of the entrance looked the same and so did the front foyer.

           "Hi Mrs. Clark," I greeted the secretary. "Sky! It's been years since you and your friend Avery visited the school. It's nice to see you again," she greeted me happily.  I sent her a warm smile myself as she got up.

           "I'm sure the meeting still isn't over so I'll bring you over to the room," she said as she led me to the teachers lounge. Of course I still remembered where it was, but I thought it would be rude to go in on my own.

           After I got in the lounge Mrs. Clark pointed the meeting room to me before returning to the front desk. I knocked on the door, which opened almost immediately and revealed Mr. Edwards.

           "Sky! Look at you! You look the same from the last time I saw you," he said as he engulfed me into a hug. I hugged him back tightly. "You look great Mr. Edwards," I told him truthfully. He scowled at me. "Will you ever learn to call me Michael?" he said. I shook my head and laughed.
