“I had a great time tonight Tobes.” Spencer said and Toby glanced over at her. “Me too Spence, I'm glad you could come with me.” Toby said before putting his eyes back on the road, he was driving her home in his truck that she had given him on his Sixteenth Birthday.
“Of course, you know I will never miss our movie date nights.” Spencer said and Toby was trying not to blush when she said the word “date”. “Me either, I'm always going to be here for you Spence. “Toby said and Spencer smiled. “Same goes for me Tobes, you'll always be the number one guy in my life.” Spencer said. “Well thank you I appreciate that.” Toby said smiling to himself as he continued driving. “Tobes, are you taking the long way back to my house again?” Spencer asked and Toby let out a small laugh. “What I like spending all the extra time with you that I can get, is that so horrible?” Toby asked and Spencer shook her head. “No of course not.” She said and Toby breathed a small sigh of relief and then he gently took one hand off the wheel and gently placed it on top of Spencer's hand and she smiled at him before giving his hand a small squeeze and he smiled at her before turning his attention back to the road.

“But Tobyyyyy why are we leaving?” Spencer asked confusingly before laughing a little.
“Because you're drunk Spence, I'm taking you home.” Toby said softly as he helped her walk to his truck, Spencer shook her head.
“But Tobes I'm fineee.” Spencer said slurring her words as she laid her head on his shoulder.
“Come onn, let's go back to the partyyy.” She slurred before tripping over her feet a little but Toby caught her in his arms.
“No Spence, I'm taking you home so you can sleep this off, come here.” Toby said before gently picking her up in his arms and Spencer hardly reacted at all, she was really out of it but she knew one thing, she liked being in his arms like this.
“You’re going to be okay I promise, we're almost back to my truck.” Toby said as he continued walking with her in his arms, Spencer groaned softly before putting her head on his shoulder which Toby didn't mind at all, he just wanted to take care of her.
“Hey Toby.” Spencer continued to slur her words. “Yeah Spence?” Toby asked softly.
“I rrreally l-l-l-l…. I rrreally like you, yyeah I really like you.” Spencer slurred before laughing again and Toby just shook his head and kept walking until he reached his truck and he gently put Spencer inside before getting inside himself, Spencer laid her head on his shoulder as he drove back to her house and he kept thinking about what she said, well actually it was what she didn't say, but she was way too drunk to even know what she was saying, right?
