“In 10 years? Well I would probably say I might be married and have a couple kids, a dog and live in a nice house and hopefully I'll be in my dream career of being a Interior Designer.” Spencer said and Toby nodded. “Would I be involved in this future?” Toby asked nervously and Spencer grabbed his hand giving it a comforting squeeze. “Of course! I'm never letting you go I hope you know that.” She said and he smiled. “Well good because you're in my future too.” Toby said and Spencer smiled.
“That's a huge relief.” She said and he squeezed her hand. “We'll always be a part of each other's lives okay I promise, you'll never lose me Spence.” Toby said. “And you'll never lose me Tobes, I promise.” Spencer said and Toby smiled softly at her. “Good.” He said.

A few weeks later, Toby went to Spencer's house on a Friday night because they had plans to hang out, but as he knocked on the door he was very nervous because there was something he was finally going to tell her.
“Hey Tobes!” Spencer smiled at him when she opened the door. “Come on in.” She said happily and Toby gave her a small smile before walking into the living room.
“So, what's going on with you? You seem a little nervous, everything okay?” Spencer asked and Toby shook his head as he took another step towards her. “No I'm not okay, we need to talk Spence.” Toby said and Spencer looked at him curiously. “What's wrong?” She asked and Toby took a deep breath.
“There's something… there's something that I've been keeping from you.” He said nervously before looking down at the floor. “What're you talking about?” Spencer asked and he looked back up at her. We've known each other for a long time, you're my best friend Spence and I don't want to lose you.” Toby said and Spencer shook her head and stepped forward and grabbed his hands gently. “Hey, look at me, you'll never lose me.” She said softly.
“I-I keep telling myself that it's nothing and that it'll go away but, I just can't stop feeling like this…. And then I look at you and I can see it in your eyes that you feel exactly the same way that I do.” Toby said and Spencer looked at him curiously. “I-I don't know if I understand what you're saying.” She said and Toby shook his head. “You know exactly what I'm talking about Spence, you can lie to me and say that you don't feel the way that I do about you but I know that's not true… I know you love me Spence, and I love you too.” Toby said and Spencer gasped slightly as tears ran down her face and she squeezed his hands gently.
“Y-you love me?” She asked and he nodded. “More than I've ever loved anyone else.” Toby said smiling softly at her. “I was wondering when you would finally admit it.” Spencer said and they both laughed.
“I didn't want to lose you, and I know that's why you didn't say anything either, but I couldn't keep it inside anymore I had to tell you that I have feeling for you, I had to tell you that I love you.” Toby said and Spencer nodded before gently stroking his cheek with her hand. “I'm glad you did, because now I can finally tell you that I love you too.” She said as happy tears ran down her face and tears of relief started falling down Toby's face and he gently pulled her into his arms and wrapped his arms around her and kissed her passionately and Spencer passionately kissed him back.

“I was… not expecting that.” Spencer said slightly out of breath after they pulled apart for air. “Me either, I'm really sorry it took me so long to do that.” Toby said and Spencer shook her head. “Don't be sorry Tobes, trust me that was worth the wait.” She said smiling at him and he smiled back. “I love you so much Spencer Hastings.” Toby said happily. “I love you too Toby Cavanaugh.” Spencer said smiling at him. “Now, where were we?” Toby asked smirking at her. “I think we were right about… here.” Spencer said smirking back at him before wrapping her arms around him and kissing him passionately and Toby kissed back.
