Chapter 5 - The "TALK"

"Clearly not" Steph responded as he sat back down with a sign, he can freak out quick when it comes to his kids.

"So how did the punishing go last night?" Gio asks Steph with a smirk as he throws us all a beer from the cooler next to him.

"You heard that?" Steph asks and Gio nods, chuckling lightly.

"Everyone heard you" I said and Gio chuckled again, shaking his head.

"Well in that case, let's just say she surely learned her lesson alright" Steph says and they all burst out laughing.

"Spare me the details" I said laying back down after taking a much needed gulp of the cold goodness in my hand.

"Your young ears aren't mature enough to hear the details anyways" Steph says chuckling and I just rolled my eyes.

"I'm not in the mood to entertain you with a comeback" I said closing my eyes, already bored as hell.

"I think it's because you have none" I heard Gio say and they chuckle, I guess today is the day they gang up on me as they all know I'm hungover and in a crappy mood.

"I agree with Gio, you've changed a lot man, not so quick on your feet anymore" Steph says and they chuckle again.

"Yeah man what happened?" I hear Elijah asks and I immediately got up and looked in the direction I heard him, only to find him sitting next to Gio with a beer in hand.

"When did you get here?" I asked and he just rolls his eyes at me.

"Yeah not the point, I asked what Happened to the carefree fuckboy we all use to know and tolerate?" Elijah asks and they all laugh again. I'm beginning to regret coming here because I can see the focus of today is clearly on me.

"Pussy whipped happened" Gio answers Elijah and they chuckle again, except for Steph and I, as Steph is just sitting there watching me intently.

"Shut up!" I said not in the mood for where their teasing is heading, it's enough that, that subject is what haunts me at night and causes me sleepless nights, I do not need to be teased about it by a bunch of dickheads during the day as well.

"That's exactly what today is about" Steph says seriously and I look to him and he looks like his got a lot on his mind.

"And what might that be brother?" I asked through gritted teeth, glaring at him because I do not want my business to be discussed.

"You of course" he says seriously again and I swear if looks could kill my brother would die a thousand deaths right now!

"Call today a little intervention from your brothers" Gio says breaking the death glares I was sending Steph, and my head snapped his way .

"I don't need a fucking intervention" I gritted out through clenched teeth and I noticed the others are just sitting quietly watching this.

"Well then you can call it "THE TALK", if it makes you feel better" Steph says with a sign, obviously feeling the anger radiating off of me.

"Or brotherly love because we love you man" Gio says and I stood up angrily, not in the mood for this fucking shit right now.
