Oneshot: Todd x Jock!Reader||You're smart right?

I walked inside and closed the door behind me. I smiled as I began to warm up after being in the chilling rain. I made my way into the elevator and found my way to Todd's place, 202.

I knocked and shifted on my feet, when I heard a 'come in'. I opened the door to see Todd sitting on the couch with some paper and pencils with him. His red hair a bit damp since he had to walk here as well.
"Ah, good your here," He started, as he stood up. " I asked Mrs. Packerton about me tutoring you and she gave me a copy of your first test. I'll help you go over it. The first test is perimeter."

I nodded and watched as he sat the paper and pencils in the floor, then he sat down as well. I begrudgingly sat down close to him, as I did I felt my face heat up. I couldn't believe that I was blushing, I had no reason to blush!
He was a good guy, and I guess a liiitttttlee cute. I always had a thing for intelligence... and gingers

"... Are you ok? Your face is red, did you get a cold on the way here?" With his eyes on me, I felt myself stutter out.
" N-no I- well... you know weather?" WHAT WAS I SAYING?! He's human came down me!

"Right," He said, " Lets just get started." I nodded and we began to work the problems out. For some reason, every word that left his mouth made since. My focus was on him, and only him. I wasn't as distracted as I would of been in class. Problem after problem, he'd help me and showed me exactly what to do, and while doing that we actually joked a bit together. Every time I could get him to laugh or smile, my blush would grow.

"Well (Y/N), I think we should call it a night," He looked at his watch as he continued, " Its almost five now, you should probably get home since the rain doesn't seem to be getting any lighter." I looked to a close by window and watched as more dark clouds came rolling in.

"You're probably right," I stood up and brushed myself off, then grabbed my backpack. On my way out, I turned back to look at him with a smile on my face and said, " Thanks again Todd... I had fun, and I really did learn today." Todd stopped picking up the mess around him and looked up at me. A small smile formed on his face as he said,
" Yeah, I ah..., had fun too... If you want you could come back tomorrow around the same time..." I thought about it and said,
"I'd love to." and with that I was out the door.

I did come back the next day. We study more, and more. I was even invited to come on Sunday, but we actually hanged out more then we studied then. After all this time with him, I accepted the fact I had a crush on him. He was so kind to me, and he was sooo smart, I could listen to him talk for hours.

Then the day came, the day I'd take my first test. I was supposed to come in at lunch and take it, and I was so nervous. I was at my locker, about to head to Mrs. Packerton's class, when I felt a hand in my shoulder. I turned to see Todd standing there with a small smile.
" Yeah, (Y/N).... I just wanted to wish you luck on your test." I smiled and nodded, then said,
" Thank you Todd... for everything," I then hugged him. He let out a small gasp and tensed up, but then calmed down and slowly hugged me back. " I better get going, but I'll let you know how it goes!" After I said that I ran off.

Todd's point of view

I smiled as I watch them run off. (Y/N) and I had become pretty close after the pass few days, I'd consider them as a good friend of mine. I continued to think about (Y/N) as I walked into the lunch room. When I found my table, my friends greeted me.

"Nice if you to finally just us, Todd." Larry said sarcastically.
"Yeah, where were you?" Ashley asked looking up from her meal.
"I've been tutoring someone, and their retaking a test right now I was wishing them luck." I answered their questions, as I started to eat my lunch.
