"Ah okay. And yeah that school seems rough." She giggled. "Also sorry I was a little late to the office earlier." She apologized.

"It's fine. This is a big school and you weren't originally scheduled to show me around."

"Yeah. My cousin is the designated tour guide but she needed to take a test so she sent me since I used to be the tour guide." She explained.

"Oh that's cool." I mumbled quietly.

"You don't talk all that much, do you?" She asked.

"I-I do. I'm just intimidated by new people." I admitted. "It's hard for me to start a conversation."

"Oh, how about I ask you questions and you answer?"

"Sure."

"Hmm." She thought. "Do you have any siblings?"

"Yeah, I have an older sister named Victoria and an older brother named Carter." I answered. "What about you?"

"I have a twin brother named Jason, but it feels like I have 2 sisters as well." She giggled.

"Why's that?"

"I live with my cousins. Well just Betty since Polly is in college. So it's Me, Jason, and Betty living with my Aunt."

Why does she live with her aunt and cousins and not her parents? Ugh that's not important, Toni. Leave it alone.

"That's a lot of teens in one household." I decided to say.

"Yeah, my poor Aunt. Wait no, poor Jason since he's the only boy." She laughed and I giggled lightly. "Okay next question. Why do you go by Toni? Your names really pretty!"

"Oh um I dunno. I just don't like it and I wanted to shorten it. No one really calls me Toni though because they choose not to, so if you want you can call me Antoinette." I rambled.

"No I'll call you Toni. I like it! I was just wondering is all." She smiled warmly. "If it makes you feel any better, I hate my middle name and my family calls me it sometimes."

"What's your middle name?" I smiled.

"Marjorie." She answered as she made a face, causing me to laugh.

"I like it!"

"Eh I don't, but oh well." She giggled back. "What's something you enjoy in your free time?"

"Photography."

"Oooh that's cool!" Cheryl beamed. "I'd love to see your work! We have a dark room here and you'll be able to develop photos." She explained.

Yes! My old school didn't have a dark room. They didn't even have the photography class I signed up for here.

"Oh wow! I can't wait to start working on that!" I said excitedly. "What do you do for fun?" I then asked.

"I'm head captain of the cheer team here. So I work on that a lot and then I just relax when I get home." She explained.

That's hot. No, Toni stop! You remember how mean the cheerleaders at your old school were. She's probably just pretending to be nice because she has to.
